The service I received from the team at Vertu Mazda was exceptional, particularly from Jodene, who supported me throughout the entire process. From my first visit to the showroom through to collecting my new Mazda3, she was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, while also creating a completely stress-free experience.

One of the things I appreciated most was that, at no point, did I feel pressured into purchasing a Mazda. This is something I have experienced when visiting other car dealerships, so the difference was really noticeable. I always felt that I was in control of the decisions I was making and that I was choosing the car, specification and options that were right for me. This was a major factor in my decision to purchase a Mazda.

The other major factor was the value for money offered by the Mazda3. In my opinion, the Mazda3 offered significantly more in terms of features, options and specification for the money compared with similar models from other manufacturers. For the same budget, I found that I was generally limited to base-model vehicles elsewhere, whereas with the Mazda3 I was able to choose a specification and options that suited exactly what I was looking for.

When I first visited the showroom, I met Jodene and had a quick conversation with her about the Mazda3. She then asked if I would like to take one for a test drive. Within around 15 minutes, I was behind the wheel, which I was particularly impressed by as I had arrived at the showroom completely out of the blue without an appointment.

During the test drive, Jodene talked me through the various features and options available on the car, which was extremely informative. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide clear and concise answers to all of my questions.

After returning to the showroom, I asked Jodene if she could provide me with some information on the different Mazda3 specifications available. She printed out several documents for me, including details of the different specifications and options, engine choices, colours, pricing and optional extras. This allowed me to take everything away, review the information in my own time and make a decision at my own pace. I really appreciated this approach, as there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision there and then.

Once I had decided that the Mazda3 was the car I wanted and had chosen my preferred specification, engine and colour, I returned to Jodene at Vertu Mazda to complete the purchase. She supported me throughout the entire process and made everything straightforward and stress-free, including the part-exchange of my previous car.

When it came to collecting my new Mazda3, Jodene once again went above and beyond. Before I drove away, she went through the final details with me and then sat with me in the car to explain all of the different features, controls and buttons. She also helped me set up Android Auto and the MyMazda app, making sure that I was comfortable, satisfied and understood everything before setting off.

So far, I am extremely happy with my Mazda3 and with the overall experience I received from Vertu Mazda. Jodene was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and her knowledgeable, helpful and no-pressure approach made the whole experience enjoyable.

Overall, I am an extremely satisfied customer and would happily recommend Jodene and the team at Vertu Mazda to anyone looking for a new car.

An impeccable experience in terms of ordering and having a new car delivered. The staff were helpful, polite, communicative and made you feel welcome at all times.

Amanda and Jodene, and the team are fantastic. they make buying a car efficient and seamless. They reply promptly to all the questions. Nothing is too much trouble. If you looking for a new car honestly you will not go wrong going to Mazda.

Omg I brought a car less than 4 months ago and they’ve had it back 4 times already. They’ve had my car nearly as much as I have. After sales is terrible always chasing them for updates, then they lie. Told us it went to jaguar to have the work done but was actually carried out there own workshop. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We’ve had so much stress dealing with this garage.

The salesman Toby was excellent. He was patient and understanding. He never used pressure tactic and even kept his word that he would call me back. He explained everything we asked and was calm. Highly recommend Toby as we bought a CX60 from Mazda.
