Great customer service both in person and via telephone. Really looked after us ensuring we were happy with all aspects of the car and explanation of technology. Very polite and understanding of our needs. Nothing too much trouble. Both staff and service brilliant.

Getting my 2nd mobility car Tom, the sales operative, explained everything and guided me through the whole process. He kept me informed at every stage of the process, any questions that I had Tom answered them in plain English.

I recently purchased a new car and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Brian, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. Brian took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision without any pressure.
What really stood out was his professionalism and friendly approach. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from testing out the Bose sound system with some heavy metal to the final handover. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction.
I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for an amazing service and a seamless purchasing process, I highly recommend asking for Brian. Five stars all the way!

Time wasters
Had my used car valued online by Vertu, took it to Nissan Widnes to drop off and arrange payment.
After a quick look around my car I was informed that because 3 wheels had small scuff marks they would be knocking over £2,000 off the price offered!!
Absolute joke, don't waste your time here.

Nissan Qashqai
I requested an appointment to view a vehicle on the Vertu site and was called the same day to arrange a viewing at a convenient date and time.
Was met by a representative on agreed day who gave me lots of information about the car and asked what I was expecting from the car. As I was putting my own car in for part exchange, a price for the car was discussed and agreed against the purchase of the new vehicle.
Additional extras were offered which I did take up however not all as I wanted to stick to my budget. No pressure from the sales person which was quite refreshing.
Overall a rather nice experience of purchasing my car, staff were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend Vertu and would definitely return again.

Went looking for a nearly new car. None available at the location so Max kindly found one on the system and brought it in to us from Darlington to test drive. Excellent customer service all the way through the process. Great communication from Max. Would recommend Nissan Widnes to anyone looking for a nearly new car.

Brilliant service
Vertu Motors (Widnes) have been absolutely amazing... cant fault them. This is the 3rd car I have had from them and have to say they've been brilliant.
