I LOVE it. Vertu and Daniel Redfearn was brilliant with me. I'd highly recommend this bloke and the dealership.....Even though Dan is a Man Utd fan, from Derby...very strange but hey ho.

Great overall Experience & Service
Great service, Daniel Redfern explained everything brilliantly when we test drove our new Renault Austral. The paperwork, finance, service plan warranty etc was explained clearly & in a 'Plain English' manner. We didn't come out not understanding what we were signing up for.
On delivery & pick up of our new Renault car, Daniel went through all the cars tech & explained it in a manner that left us fully satisfied, knowledgeable, overall a very positive experience of dealing with Vertu Renault Derby..

Great staff and customer service, came to the dealership and the car i had seen had only just arrived there within a matter of days, fast forward a week or so and i’m driving it home.

Who could sell you your own frying pan.
He once sold a van with just one door,
Then somehow sold the missing four.
At Dan’s dealership down the road,
He’ll sell you a car and lighten your load.
With shiny white teeth and a powerful tan,
No one does customer service like Dan.
You walk in “just browsing,” not planning to buy,
Ten minutes later you’re asking, “Can this thing fly?”
Dan slaps the bonnet and proudly will say,
“This beauty’s so smooth it could butter your tray.”
He knows every motor, each button and beep,
And somehow remembers your dog’s name is Pete.
So if you need a motor soon,
Or just got paid this afternoon,
Beware the grin, the salesman’s charm —
Dan will have you signing forms and twisting your arm.
He offers free coffee, biscuits as well,
And stories of customers under his spell.
“One bloke came for tyres, completely unplanned…
Left with two SUVs and a jazz band.”
So here’s to Dan, the showroom king,
Who can sell hatchbacks like they’re diamond rings.
For service so good it should come with a fan,
Nobody wheels and deals quite like Dan.

A good team to deal with.
We picked up our car yesterday from Vertu Derby and are really pleased with the car and also the experience of buying it from the sales team.
Jan was friendly and straightforward in all aspects of the deal. Not pushy, understood what we wanted and got things sorted to our satisfaction.

The sales team were friendly, approachable and very helpful. They found me a car and finance deal that fit my needs. It made buying my new car a very enjoyable experience, I would definitely recommend.
