Kane guided us through the whole transaction in a very engaging and professional and friendly manner.
The purchase options were clearly explained to such an extent we changed our view and got a much better deal.
We were impressed with the extras package as providing excellent value and peace of mind.

Karolina was a delight
Karolina was our contact throughout the whole process of buying our car and she was an absolute delight. She explained everything in detail, followed up with confirmation emails, and explained every knob and lever when we picked the car up. Changing the personalised plate was a major faff but not VWs fault. All in all a 5 star experience.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Staff made me feel welcome and I was always offered me a drink. I was never pressured into anything outside of what I could afford. Would like to add that on collection day, Alex went above and beyond, including going over her finishing time, to ensure the enfonement system was connected correctly and working with my mobile phone so I could see all the relevant details needed before leaving the showroom. I would definitely recommend this VW dealership.

I visited the Vertu Volkswagen dealership on 1st May intending to browse, but hoping to find a car I truly loved. From the moment I met Karolina, - she was fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable, welcome, and at ease throughout the entire experience.
She took the time to fully understand my requirements, budget, and preferences, and helped me find the perfect car. The test drive and handover process were both excellent. Karolina was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to explain all the car’s features and offering helpful tips as well.
Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience, and I really appreciated the care and professionalism she showed throughout.
