A our great experience , buying a T-roc at Vertu,Skipton.
Yesterday we took collection of our ‘new’ car at Vertu, Volkswagen Skipton. From start to completion we were provided with excellent customer service by a young, but very knowledgeable, lady called Mollie. She accompanied us on our test drive, answered our questions and explained the process of a part exchange and gave us details of products available to us to support our new purchase.
When I collected our new car Mollie gave me a thorough tutorial and demonstration of the vehicle’s controls and digital technology. This was particularly important for me as I am a ‘mature purchaser’ with less confidence in the use of new technology than some! She was patient, helpful and very polite and I would like to thank her very much for her professional approach from start to finish. Thanks, Mollie!!

From the time we walked into the showroom we were taken good care of, provided with all the relevant information about the car we were intersted in, the purchasing procedure was explained and all the relevant documentation handled as and when required.

From the moment I walked in I welcomed warmly and politely. A staff member found me Dino the sales advisor who was very professional from the moment we meet getting myself and wife a glass of water since it was a hot afternoon. I explained I called in by the of chance of them having an ID5 for sale. Within minutes dino found me a car and we went on a test drive. All the figures for finance was sorted and I signed up to buy the car. Absolutely fantastic team at skipton VW

The building is nice and airy
The building is nice and airy, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chloe was very efficient,she came to help us quickly explained everything we needed to know. We were offered a test drive but didn’t take it.On buying the car Chloe explained simply what would happen next and it did. The whole process was pleasant and stress free. The car is just what we wanted.

NOT A GREAT VISIT, Vertu motors Skipton…
I visited the Vertu motors Skipton yesterday the 25th July, to enquire about my next motorbility car, VW R Line. As I entered the showroom. There was a lady sat at her desk, on her computer. I went for a look round. She never approached me to ask if she could help or I needed assistance. In the end I had to approach her. She never introduced herself! I asked about my particular car I was interested in. I asked if I could have a look at one. She looked on her computer, which she seemed more interested in, than her customers. With no other staff approachable she was the only one I could approach. Just as a general comment I said "you on your own some". And in a reply back I got back "looks like it doesn't it"! After a search on her computer, she had no VW R Line to show me. But did say we have this one in the showroom, which was a 'match' model. Giving me the wrong information she said "there isn't much difference anyway, only the seats"! She didn't even take my details, to come back later, when I'm ready to order, or come back to order, or arrange a test drive nearer the date. So not satisfied with my visit today, we left, and let's say, I shall be going to another VW garage for my next motorbility car.

Fantastic Customer Service
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Vertu VW in Skipton.
The staff, particularly Sarah, were brilliant to deal with.
The paperwork and the car were all on time, and I had a full walk-through of the new car.
I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in just over an hour.
