What great service! I rang to check stock, my call was answered quickly with a positive answer. I then ordered a pack of spare fixings for an Elbesee Easy Clip frame, at midday on a Friday and they arrived in the post on the next day, on a Saturday morning.

Customer service is fantastic. Have made a couple of orders now which were dispatched promptly. There was a bit of a mix-up with a needle minder I had ordered — from the same brand, just different big cats — but I reached out to the company via email and as soon as they saw it they sent out the correct one and even let me keep the other. It arrived the very next day. Absolute stars, thank you.

I saw a Facebook review about a Lowery stand bundle being purchased from Very Crafty at a great price. I decided to treat myself and ordered on Wednesday evening. Stand arrived on Saturday morning. Very speedy! Will definitely order from them again when I “need” more cross stitch supplies.

I ordered two items, as a gift, and Very crafty gave me the benefit of their expert knowledge to ensure I got the right ones instead of what I wrote down in error, even though the correct one cost less. Thhey then expedited delivery. I don't know what more you could ask for.

Ordered a nurge embroidery hoop. When it was delivered the locking mechanism was missing. I emailed about a replacement was told it would have been obvious if it was missing when packaged up. Was told a replacement would be sent. When the envelope arrived there was nothing in it apart from a business card and the envelope had a slight tear in it, has become a complete farce. Have given up with getting a replacement as the first email had the tone of not being trusted, lost my money. Ordered a frame from elsewhere.

Yet again, great service from this company. Always well priced, quick to dispatch and well packaged. My go to shop!

Such an amazing company overall and the customer service is great - they always respond rapidly to any queries I may have. Their products are so reasonably priced and the special offers they have are always way too tempting to resist! My orders arrive very quickly and are always perfect. Purchased a Lowery embroidery stand on 1/6/25. 1 week later the seller emails me stating I owe them additional funds for shipping.

I state my credit card was charged for the item & shipping cost based on time of purchase. Seller refused to honor transaction & offered a refund.

The seller claimed they have shipping details on every large item stating additional shipping costs will be added. Their website is disorganized, this information was not present on the item page when I placed my order. I even provided them a link showing the item page of a similar item that did not have the additional shipping cost details.

Waste of time, don't shop here. They don't deserve our business.

Despite being online only, stock levels on the website was not up to date and the item I want wasn't actually in stock. They then claimed to have sent a substitution, but the parcel got lost by royal mail (the delivery office themselves told me it's been lost when i went to ask), and the website refused to refund or get an insurance claim from royal mail as they should've
