I hesitated to purchase this item because we tested a comparable device previously and had to send it back. The product is high quality and is very impressive. I wish we had committed sooner. LOVE IT!

It’s been a week but wish I got it a couple years ago!
Taste great, wish I could adjust the fizz on the sparkling!
Set up easy, I was missing a part to connect the water but excellent customer service! Next day air the part!
Remember to flush the filter with a gallon or two, I missed it or it did not come up on the screen when setting it up!
Love that is made in USA!

3 year warranty but 50 pounds and big big box so not sure how I would ship it back to fix it!

I was looking for a countertop filtration system that wasn’t extremely big and provided fresh clean water, sparkling and hot water. The price tag was reasonable and the unit met all my expectations.

Mostly the mashine works good. Only few things compared with the water dispenser I prevously used one, the noise is little more when the machine works, and automatic water dispense feature are missed.

1 month of NAD+ and noticed a difference:)
Package comes in cooler to protect from the heat with everything you need!

I love my KUL. It is the most used appliance in my house. For those saying "so expensive", based on use and savings from avoiding bottled water and seltzers the payback is there. Plus I drink far more water than I would otherwise. You might say "I can get filtered cold water from the fridge". You can but compare the filter and how cold and there is no comparison.
