Bad customer service and did not help at alll! Want to cancel the auto ship and they told me they don’t have auto ship but yet it gets taken out of my bank account every month help So i don’t want to continue a membership !!

* they sent item as promised
* cost with shipping is high for what you get
* they taste fine and have the texture of a tootsie roll
* i have very bad arthritis and i cannot open the wrapper on these tiny things

Horrible customer service
Received my package days after it reached the UPS station, so when thr package it arrived it was melted and I could not eat them at all. Which is not Viactiv's fault BUT I reached out to Ups about this and since Viactiv sent the order Viactiv has to reach out to Ups to solve the problem so i tried calling several times and emailed and bo response still so I just went ahead and cancelled my subscription. Don't buy from this company.
