Viaggiare Rent - Cracovia Aeroporto Avaliações 

I am writing about my experience with the branch in Krakow. Absolutely unwilling staff. When I asked if I wanted to speak English, Polish, .. they looked at me as if I wanted to go there at all. That would be the least. Without saying a word, he almost just made copies of the documents, signed, keys and showed me where the car was. So I left, I waited for another car, he returned, so angry that I couldn't see that I had this car. And he left. No inspection of the damage. Here I became more aware. I took photos of the damage and that I wanted to see where they were recorded. So he pointed to the back of the paper with his finger, again without saying a word. The damage was there, so I left. I returned the car without contacting them, I only received a confirmation of the return of the car from the broker. So I waited for the deposit to be released, but it didn't arrive even after 15 working days. So I called to see if everything was okay. absolutely no answer, so I dealt with the situation as a complaint. so the first time they told me that I had damaged the car. I was shocked because of course nothing happened. so began a 4-month journey to one stupid document that they were unable to provide me. Definitely take full advantage of them as I had. Because at first, the one of those recorded damages on the roof was not one but three, it would not have been noticed if someone had not pointed it out to you and especially if the car is not completely clean. that means that the lessor had 3 dents there and there was only 1 in the papers. so for this they withdrew the entire deposit amount of 760 euros. cosmetic defect. the complaint went through the insurance but they needed to provide documents. I only got the document about handing over the car after a month and a half. of course, also with damage. however, the insurance company needs a table based on which it calculated the amount. Well, believe it or not, I only got to it after 4 months. The Krakow branch wrote me back for the first time in September that they had a lot going on over the summer, so I'm only writing now. I handed over the car on 24/6/25. The deposit was successfully credited to my account today, but seriously, be very careful with this Krakow branch. The car was fine so it doesn't sound like I'm just complaining, but record everything and keep it until you have the deposit, and it's mandatory to have a car with this company. Be careful. I've been renting cars for many years, but this has never happened to me.

Gregorio una persona decisamente squisita sotto ogni aspetto, con una cura nei dettagli con il cliente, una persona veramente UMANA rispetto ad altri, disponibilità e gentilezza sono il suo punto di forza. What a terrible customer service! I have never come across this in my life.
They literally don't care about their customers and are not helpful at all.
Our flight was massively delayed and they wouldn't even pick up the phone or advise what we could do. Won't use them again for sure!

Excellent service at Krakow airport. The check in/collection of the car was very straigth forward. They didn't push for any excess insurance etc. as all other car hire companies do. In fact, they didn't even ask me if I wanted it, but I already bought excess cover elsewhere. Just handed over driving licence, passport and booked in the deposit, and I was on my way. The car was new and in good condition. The return was straight forward too. I just parked the car and handed the keys in. One hour later I received email including the car check and copy of the payment slip showing cancellation of the deposit they booked on my credit card. This was brilliant experience and by far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back! Thank you very much.

Although the service and shuttle from/to Krakow airport, was very good, and the car was perfect too, I felt that they ripped us off when adding the second driver €45 instead of €30. When we brought it to their attention they claimed that the difference was 'tax'. I felt ripped-off again when taking 'full' insurance, it should have been €138 but we were charged €200, them claiming it to be the better 'Gold cover'. Anyway, I did not want this to spoil my holiday, so I went along with their words.
Also note that we have been renting for many years and we never had a rental that did not let us go over the border. With 'Viaggiare' it was an absolute 'NO', for this reason alone, I will not rent from Viaggiare again.

Ho noleggiato un auto utilitaria per 3 giorni da Aeroporto Krakow. Inviando prima i documenti via mail per il check-in è stato possibile effettuare ritirare rapidamente il mezzo. L'Agenzia è stata professionale indicandomi i km, il livello carburante e difetti e graffi di carrozzeria. Alla riconsegna è stato eseguito un rapido controllo delle stesse voci con autorizzazione al rimborso del deposito. Professionali, trasparenti, gentili, competenti.......in poche parole pienamente consigliati. Giuseppe

NAJGORSZA WYPOŻYCZALNIA W KRAKOWIE
Nasze doświadczenie było bardzo niemiłe.
Kiedy poszliśmy odebrać samochód okazało się że jest brudne w środku i na rozbite tyknie światło.
Staff był niemiły i agresywny, nie chciał nam zmienić samochodu ani go wyczyścić.
Z oddaniem samochodu też mieliśmy problem. Umówiliśmy się na oddanie samochodu o 5 rano i oczywiście nie było nikogo. Biuro było zamknięte i nikt nie odbierał telefonu.
Zostawiliśmy kluczyki w skrzynce ale nikt nie sprawdził stanu samochodu z nami.
Ku naszemu zaskoczeniu pobrali nam pieniądze z kaucji za sprzątanie samochodu i za uszkodzenie którego nie zrobilismy( wysłali nam zdjęcie małej ryski na zderzaku z innego samochodu)
Wysłaliśmy mail z zapytaniem ale nikt nie odpowiada. Stąd nie mówi po polsku i po angielsku bardzo słabo.
OKROPNE DOŚWIADCZENIE. BARDZO OSTROŻNIE Z TA WYPOŻYCZALNIA!!!
CCENA WYDAJE SIĘ ATRAKCYJNA ALE NIE JEST TAK JAK DOLICZYSZ EXTRA KTÓRE CI ŚCIĄGAJĄ Z KSUCJI!!!
NIE MAJĄ OPCJI ZAPŁACENIA UBEZPIECZENIA AUTOCASCO, ZAWSZE JEST ZASTAW OK. 200€ ŻEBY PÓŹNIEJ JA ZAFAKTUROWAC.

Persone molto simpatiche e serie noleggio senza alcun problema consiglio vivamente

Wszystko bez problemów i dobra cena za usługę . Szybki wręcz natychmiastowy zwrot kaucji( chodzi mi o zwrot zablokowanych środków na karcie kredytowej) Miła obsługa Polecam wszystkim tym co nie chcą przepłacać a ja wrócę tam jeszcze .

Niestety w trzy dni przed świętami napisali do mnie ze nie posiadają na termin który zabukowałem i juz zapłaciłem zaliczkę auta z automatem. Postawili mnie w trudnej sytuacji a to jest nieprofesjonalne gdyz na dzień kiedy robiłem rezerwacje auto było na stronie do wzięcia.

Cogí un vehículo que utilizé para hacer ida y vuelta a Cracovia. El coche no sufrió ningún daño. Al entregar el coche una persona que no hablaba ni polaco ni inglés correctamente empezó a hacer el paripé mirando hasta las manchas de mosquitos. Resulta que le habían dado un golpe con la barrera el día anterior. Un arañazo que sería imposible de encontrar a no ser que supieras que estaba ahí. De hecho puedo asegurar que fue así ya que la primera vez que lo cogí este mismo verano para hacer la misma ruta entregué el coche y simplemente revisaron un poco por fuera (lo normal) y el depósito de combustible. Pero la segunda vez sabían que tenían que hacer. Impresentables.
Total menos mal que contraté el seguro ya que cobraron 160€ y tardaron más de una semana en entregar la fianza. Unos estafadores

Encima me contesta que como no le dio el nombre que estoy difamando a la empresa.
Cómo que está práctica ha sido una de tantas. Es la primera vez que me ocurre algo así y no podía quedarme callado. Me estropeó el viaje de vuelta con la palabra "damage" señalando una mancha pequeña de grasa que ocultaba un aún más pequeño arañazo.
Pregunte a la agencia de Cracovia que seguro que se acuerdan. De nuevo señalo en mayúsculas "Estafadores".
