The apartment was really good and very well fitted. Location is excellent close to many restaurants, attractions and easy to access using public transport.
The contact with VI&CO was excellent.

Excellent locations for our two stays, a premium experience with remarkably peaceful, modern apartments only seconds from some major London attractions. Soho and Covent Garden evening venues moments away and still able to shop, eat, sleep, whatever you want. For us, worth the investment.

We recently spent a week in the VI&CO | The Mews Gallery in London. This is a wonderful apartment. The location is ideal for a tourist in London. The apartment is immaculate, comes with a lovely kitchen that is stocked with everything you need but the meal you are cooking. The host is first class and totally accommodating.Clear and easy instruction for checkin and checkout make the stay seamless. I have already recommended this apartment to friends who are visiting London. One note, the hosts website does not mention that there is an excellent air mattress in one of the cupboards.

We stayed with V&Co for a few nights and honestly it was one of the smoothest short-term rental experiences we’ve had. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and when we arrived everything was spotless and beautifully set up. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into the design — it felt luxurious but still comfortable enough to relax in after long days out.
One thing that really stood out was the concierge. We messaged them late one evening for a last-minute dinner recommendation and they replied within minutes and even helped us secure a reservation. Small things like that made the stay feel really well looked after.
The location was also perfect for getting around and exploring. Overall it felt more like staying in a boutique hotel but with the privacy of your own apartment. Would definitely book with V&Co again next time.

A very smart and spacious apartment in a fantastic location which is within easy walking distance of all West End attractions and venues.
The apartment was very clean and exactly as described with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has plenty of storage and a double bed that is on the soft side. Excellent blackout curtains help for a good nights sleep.
Located in a private and quiet area there is very little noise at night but there is a basketball court and children’s play area outside that may be noisy if you are there during the day. The porter is very friendly and helpful and helps to create a feeling of being safe and secure. There is also a lift so no need to lump luggage up and down stairs.
Communication with Vivian was easy and any queries very quickly and courteously dealt with.

We absolutely loved our stay at our Greater London Airbnb on Charlotte Street! It was in a very convenient location with a short and easy 5 minute walk to the nearest underground transportation. It was across the street from the most amazing restaurant, Roka. There were also several other restaurants to choose from on this street. There was a Tesco-small grocery store-a couple of blocks away. Our host, Vivian, was very responsive with all our questions before, and during, our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. The next time we are in London, this will be our first choice for where we stay!!!

The four story walk up to the flat is inconvenient when carrying luggage. The flat entrance door knob spun and never engaged the latch striker. The second bed room is quite small. The second bathroom has no shower. The is a mediocre airbnb. I didn't book, my son did. Possibly, I would have been better prepared if knew the flat details.

Stayed in a location in SoHo, London. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location, walked everywhere, had everything we needed. Vivian was a fantastic host, quick to respond and explained everything. It was a fantastic vacation! Highly recommend!

Great modern cozy place in a great location! Cleanliness was the only thing we would have liked to be better…aside from that, highly recommend!

Super süßes, kleines Apartment mit toller Lage. Wir waren zu 4. und es war total ausreichend. Sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Gastgeber konnte man jeder Zeit erreichen.

I had a great stay at the Marais Retreat! It’s at a fantastic location near multiple metro stations and in the heart of the Marais. You can walk to many cafes/restaurants within a few minutes! There’s also a couple of really nice coffee shops right on the same street. Despite being in the heart of all the action, it was actually quiet and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping through the night. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and very functional! Vivian was accommodating on my last day when I needed some extra time for check out. Highly recommend to book this property and I’ll definitely be back again!

Marais Retreat by VI&CO was everything we hoped for. The hosts were super helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Paris! The Marais Retreat is beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean. The two bedrooms are so thoughtfully laid out. The apartment feels spacious yet cozy, with every detail carefully considered. The location is unbeatable. Vivian went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We felt like true Parisians for the week! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable base in Paris. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked an AirBNB hosted by Viandco in October 2024. Elena and the team were extremely responsive from the moment we booked all the way through checkout. They were proactive in their communication and very helpful any time we had a question. I am very pleased with the guest experience and would gladly stay in one of their properties again. I highly recommend this business.
