Rightly said by many that company does not bother about the complaints received. Neither they have any option to talk to customer care for any product complaint nor they respond to the mail to resolve the complaint. I had ordered one wall painting which as per their specs and pics, it was laminated and with frame but they have delivered the paining without frame and without lamination but despite written multiple mails they have not bothered to resolve it . Seems one more company from Noida to cheat public.

Bought a painting from vibecrafts online.This was an acrylic banner. No refund.they are on Amazon as Artvibes, Flipkart and others too as home decor item seller. Filed complain to amazon,Flipkart. They hide their company name on flipcart..Many Brands are there..Just search home decor टोना टोटका टाइप आइटम, ये चू मिल जाएगा..Request others to file on Amazon and Flipkart.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a very bad experience with Vibe craft (vibecrafts.com). The product delivered was of very poor quality and completely different from what was shown online.
The biggest issue is their non-existent customer support. They only provide a chat and email, but no one responds, making returns extremely difficult.
After a lot of effort and follow-ups, they finally agreed to take the product back, but charged unfair deductions. Out of my payment of ₹32,188, I received only ₹25,750 back. This feels like clear cheating and taking advantage of customers.
The whole experience was very stressful and frustrating. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from this website.

One of the worst companies. Requesting all customers to refrain from buying from them. Horrible customer support. I had bought 3 mirror cabinets, totally worth more than 30K. I raised a complaint with a proper video of the product. Horrible quality product. The customer support replied after a long time. Eventually I had to throw away all the 3 mirror cabinets and bought a new one from another company.

It’s a shit company, no response on mail or support number. Painting is completely different from what I ordered. Never purchase anything from them.

Horrible experience. Shipment damaged during delivery but seller didn’t bother to respond to call/emails for replacement. Felt cheated, will suggest people to avoid this company.

I ordered an item from Vibecrafts, but the print quality was faulty right out of the box. Contacted their WhatsApp support team immediately – zero response. Followed up with an email, and it’s been 3 weeks with no reply, no return process started, nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Do NOT buy from here – not recommended at all! No Retrun, Zero Support

Absolute fraud company, no one replies on mail. Same repeated "Sorry for inconvenience" message on WhatsApp. Bought a paint and a marble table, the table stand/frame is faulty and it keeps failing at one side. And looking at the message thread, other people are in same boat. What a shit show, never gonna buy again from this website.

Worst website and customer service. Ordered a mirror cabinet. When we received, I prepared an unboxing video. The item was found to be damaged and I shared the unboxing video along with the images of the damaged product. They have a standard answer of provide us more images. When the provided image is showing the damage, not sure what more images will do. These guys are fraud. Their whatapps supportt number is never reachable, no one picks it up. Before purchasing as well I landed on their trustpilot review and still thought of giving them a chance. Their product looks nowhere close to what they show in their images. Completely making you a fool. Their website should be banned and they should be thrown up of business. Bunch of thieves.

Great photographs and videos, but the products are absolutely terrible, and worse, they would burn you out with automated customer responses for months until you give up. I placed my first order on their website for ₹3,800 for a painting and a clock. The painting was delivered broken and the clock didn't work.

Both the small and big tables are defective. I have shared screenshots and videos, which clearly show the poor quality and defects.

Issues with the products:

1. There is a large gap between the marble top and the base, showing very poor finishing.
2. The table base is unstable and keeps moving.
3. The marble top is not fixed to the base, making it unsafe and risky to use.
4. The base color has come off, clearly indicating poor workmanship.
5. Overall quality is not worth the amount paid and does not match what was advertised.

I had already informed Vibecraft that I want to return the entire product and receive a full refund, as both tables are defective. However, despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no resolution for the last 20 days, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

It has been almost three months since I requested a return for a poor-quality product. There has been no pickup and no refund, only repeated excuses and false assurances. This experience feels like dealing with a fraud website. Once they take your money, there is no accountability or resolution. I strongly advise everyone not to buy from this website.

I have ordered a 18inch quality marble and they sent a 16inches tile marble and there customer service is pathetic as they are not calling since 15days that i have raised a request..they are just messaging over whats app ....Firstly, they have sent a wrong product and then testing customers patience by not providing them solution after so many follow ups...today while I am providing my review it's almost 15days of not having any solution for the wrongs they had done.

My order number ODVC2421844465 was delivered yesterday & to my shock the console is made from low quality materials, has cheap finishes and is significantly differing from the website photos. The whole console is wobbly because the base is made from some hollow material unlike the base shown in the image, besides the drawers have no knobs. What's even shocking is the customer care number also does not exist and gets connected to some wrong number. FRAUD COMPANY. PLS DO NOT BUY

Damaged Product & No Response from Customer Support.
I regret ordering from Vibecrafts. The drink table delivered to me was damaged, poorly finished, and completely unstable. The marble top does not fit the frame at all. Despite emails and WhatsApp messages, there has been zero response from their team. No accountability and no after-sales support. Please think twice before ordering from Vibecrafts.
