Truth be said its something that can be done without an actual visit based on my experience. I am probably wrong (as per usual) so given 4 stars.

Friendly and respected my property

Very quick and efficient. No disruption.

The EPC assessment was performed efficiently, and a report supplied promptly, as expected.

We had substantial renovations done including extra bedrooms and bathrooms. As a result we needed a new ECO rating for our terrace. Vibrant were easy to schedule with an online booking portal and plenty of slots so we could get it done promptly. The staff and friendly and helpful and easy to work with.

Great experience. Friendly assessor, highly recommended and very thorough.

Absolute rip off. Would not trust EPC from this company. Representative was in my house for 5 mins max.

The representative who attended our property was polite, friendly and very efficient. A pleasure to meet him.

Your representative came to the door and I had to ask him for his ID as he just assumed he could walk in.

Survey was undertaken in a pleasant manner. Inspection inside and outside was carried out in a thorough manner without any disturbance to residents.

The post EPC chat with Mani Kooner was extremely useful and helped identify cost efficient improvements to my property to enable a C rating to be achieved. A very useful and helpful conversation.

Promised a call 30 minutes before arrival as house unoccupied , no call. Rang from the doorstep saying would only wait 5 minutes, got there , he was in the house for approx 4 minutes, never looked in the loft, didn’t even have ladders to do so. Ran around and the house took photos and left , totally unprofessional not happy at all , can’t wait for the report !

Very efficient and helpful surveyor. Easy to book and very prompt with certificate return. Only point against was we do have a smart meter and certify the says none?

Superbly efficient, polite man came to do the rating. I hardly knew he was here!!! He was respectful of our house, taking the time to explain first what he needed to do, then when he had finished he explained the meaning of the rating we were given and took the time to give constructive advice, should we decide to stay in the property.

The assessor arrived on time and went around the house doing his job thoroughly. I wish he had been a bit more communicative and discussed things, as in the follow up discussion over the phone I was a bit confused about several things. One I forgot to ask about was how after increasing the kitchen size by 8 sq m , the house area was now smaller than in the last EPC!!
