Fantastic support and service from Lewis at the Camberley branch from start to finish. Although the process turned out to be far more complicated than I had initially hoped, Lewis handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout.

What really stood out was his attention to detail, thorough due diligence, and the consistent communication at every stage. The regular updates and touch points made a stressful situation much easier to manage and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly.
