The nicest and best people ever, so so so happy with my new mug amazing quality and I couldn’t rave more

Excellent service, beautiful products. What a perfect gift for loved ones.

I ordered my gift on December 1st, when I found your website with all its unique gifts. I was worried about my order arriving in Seattle, WA. USA in time for Christmas. It arrived safe and sound on December 18th to a very happy recipient. Thank you so much for the care and prompt service that made it all possible.

Ordered from USA before Christmas (non-trackable), and everything arrived fine and on time. Thanks!

I ordered the London Christmas mug and I'm so happy with my purchase. It's made from bone china and the design is just beautiful. Makes my morning coffee all the more enjoyable!

Beautiful Egg Cups - just what I wanted.

Great item - exactly what i was expecting. Nicely wrapped and arrived very quickly.

I love the tea towel I ordered from Victoria Egg!!! I purchased it as a gift for a friend traveling to London. Great quality! Would definitely recommend and would order again!!!

Quick delivery of lovely items - quality fabric and very nicely made with fab designs.
Very pleased and would recommend.

Great service and waiting to see how my gift is received

I love the graphic patterns on all the Victoria Eggs' collections. The shipping is always quick, and I always find something I didn't "need" but that I really want! These are always wonderful gifts for the people in my life too...because they are things I would also be ecstatic to receive.

I've been using my phone booth/London bus canvas bag all year, and without fail someone always compliments me on it.

The patterns and the British tributes make me happy!

Excellent products as always. Beautifully made in Britain. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Super fast delivery and I love the products ! I’m a big fan, and very proud to be supporting a small business. I found them through the French version of ELLE magazine.

I do almost all my shopping on the web, this is normally a buy-wait-receive situation. I’m rarely in contact with customer service, which makes you forget how important great customer service is when it truly matters.

I ordered some gift wrapping and the shipment was non-traceable. It went pretty far beyond expected delivery schedule, but I’m patient, and so I waited. Finally, I had to drop an email to Victoria Eggs. Shipping is obviously not their responsibility, but Victoria Eggs immediately offered to send another roll of gift wrapping free of charge. I said that I would pay for the extra shipment if both packages were to arrive, but they told me to keep both for “any inconvenience caused”. To me, that’s service at its finest and even though the shipping (Britain to Norway) issues stalled my Christmas project a little bit, I’m overall left with a very pleasant shopping experience at Victoria Eggs. Thanks a lot, and merry Christmas :)

Very cute , looks like the picture, good quality , i would recommend this company to everyone, very satisfied.

Very pleased

To VICTORIA EGGS,
I thought you were most efficient in taking the (small!) order and sending it out quickly, thank you.
