Victorian Sliders has definitely improved! Over the last few years we have stuck out with Victorian Sliders despite so bad service previously. I have to say they have improved massively and it is now a pleasure to work with them. Kayleigh, Rhiannon and Chris are super helpful, they always come back to any queries we have and it is refreshing to have a team of people we can rely on. The customer care department has also improved massively and always deal with anything we need.

Great product and great service.

We are a local company who order and install victorian sliders on a regular basis. The process is simple and straight forward. Our account manager Kayleigh processes everything quickly and the windows are delivered in no time at all.

We have used Victoria Sliders for many years and have always been happy with the quality and service. We do not experience many problems but when we do, they are always dealt with efficiently. Jason, Sarah & Bridie are my contacts and they always offer the best service and nothing is too much trouble.

As a trade counter we've dealt with Victorian sliders for a few years. Very quick and efficient when we send them quotes. The product supplied is of high quality and the service and communication from Kayleigh is exceptional! Looking forward to continue working with them.

Both Bridie & Jason have been brilliant from start to finish providing full information on the sizes & spec you manufacture. Many thanks & look forward to using you again in the near future !

Highly recommended company, buy with confidence.

Just a little review for Rhiannon due to the help she has given me during a rather big project. Very helpful and informative with all the quotations.

On behalf of everyone at EcoShield Windows, we are delighted to leave a review following our experience with Victorian Slides over the last 18 months. The service we receive, particularly from Rhiannon and her team, is absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Every interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely friendly approach. Rhiannon and her team are incredibly proactive, ensuring we're kept informed throughout the quotation and ordering process ensuring everything moves smoothly. This approach, coupled with their fantastic products and on-time delivery, is the reason we are happy to include ECO Slide in our product range.

We highly recommend Victorian Sliders to anyone. A huge thank you to all at Victorian Sliders for making it such a positive and hassle-free partnership!

Rhiannon has been nothing but amazing since we met earlier in the year. nothing is too much trouble, and we always get a prompt response from her. Service to us is important, and currently we have no complaints.

Great products, well priced , good all round service

I have personally used Victorian sliders for almost 10 years and have read through a lot of the reviews on Trust Pilot, Some justified and some that seem to be a misunderstanding on who they are. They do not install windows they manufacture them for the trade ( like myself and others)

In the past ill be honest we have had a few cases of frustration regarding communication but over the last 2 to 3 years this has improved to the point that we have no issues recommending them and continue to use them as our core supplier of Vertical Sliding sash windows.

They operate on a value for money ethos, meaning you are not paying extra for an option just because other companies uplift for that same option - perfect example, we are able to offer toughened safety glass included as standard where other companies this would be an uplift or added extra.

The downside of this is a company that uses value for money ethos It can be misconstrued as cheap, I have been through almost all VS manufactured products in the UK market and even worked alongside them in the manufacturing process and Victorian Sliders has a stringent quality control and we have had zero product issues in my time with them.

To be a real review, there is always room for improvement and i know they are working on clearer updates on delivery dates and tracking.

The addition of the deep bottom rail has not been celebrated enough, we have been waiting on this option for over 4 years as it was going through testing and approvals and we got our first one last week, i would say it is a must have when designing your new sash windows.

We are Heritage Joinery and have been supplied by Victorian sliders for many years, and we are happy with the services and product.
If we have any issues, they are rectified very quickly.

We have had a great experience so far with Victorian sliders. We have been using them for just over a year. Delivery is fast, products of good quality and the service is 10/10.
