Company is a scam. My total came to 40 though on my bank statement they charged 56. When they finally emailed they said it was from the tariffs. That’s fine and all but it’s hidden charges that should be put on the receipt. Because I would have ordered through westmore. Also it took over a month for shipment to arrive. Stay clear by all means

Zero stars if I could. I just sent them an email with what I ordered vs what I received and told them to contact me before I call my bank to report the scam and recover my money.

I placed an order for Westmore Supreme cream in Medium. What I received was some generic brand Supreme Cream in White, I'm talking about titanium dioxide I'm going to just take away your natural color, white. Hopefully they respond, but if I see them advertising on Facebook again I'm going to blast them on their scamming little feed so everyone is aware. I am so sick of these scammers!

I ordered westmore beauty body coverage profector 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I really wish that I would have read trust pilot prior to ordering from this company. I needed this item for an event so I went on amazon and received it the next day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM TO SHOW UP IN A TIMELY MANNER OR SHOW UP AT ALL! I am very disappointed in this company posting videos on tik toc or instagram making fraudulent claims.

Company will scam you on ANYTHING you try to buy! They will either send a different product that you didn't buy then basically tell you, oh well we will refund you 5.00! Such a scam! They have not responded to me to get me the product I ordered or refund me fully! Never ever ever order from a Chinese company! They are cheats and liars and will give up their souls for a buck! Lesson learned but not before I make it known they my company and social media presence what a fraud this company is!

I ordered on 4/18/2025. I have not received the product. I contacted customer service and received a different tracking number than originally give. This once says it is coming from China, the original said it was coming from Germany. The response from Customer service was that the delay is due to Trumps' tariffs. I then filed a claim with PayPal. They denied my dispute because the seller said my package was delivered yesterday 5/28. It was not. I track all of my mail and package with USPS. They have no record. I do not believe this is a real company. The other issue is that my order was for $38.45 and then the charge went to PayPal for $49.99. Stating there were over $11 in taxes. For what? And shouldn't that have displayed in the original order?

Have taken too long for a product that comes from California but they said it was from China????

I ordered some body cream almost 5 weeks ago, still haven’t received it. The shipping shows it’s still on its way and I get updated, so still hopeful it will arrive, but I’m not holding my breath. If I would have known it would take this long, I never would have ordered from this company! Also, when I ordered it, the total price it said with shipping and fees is not what I was charged on my credit card, I was charged like $18 more. I sent an email right away, and they did surprisingly respond back almost immediately saying it was a “glitch” in their system and they would refund me the money, which they did, but I’m guessing they overcharge everybody and then only refund back those that actually notice. So not the worst customer service, at least you can get ahold of somebody and they do what they say they are going to do, just still not happy with how long it is taking to receive the product.

i placed the order then realized it wasbt the right company so i emailed to cancel order but never got a response until it was supposed to be shipped but i keeo getting tracking number from 2 different company one says it’s shipped from china the ither tracking says denmark i an thinking im never going received my product.

I got this cord for my phone and I got it because I saw a friend with it and he said it worked great so I got the same cord and when I received it, I plugged it in and the LED light went on so I was like great it works, so I threw away the packaging but when I went to go charge my phone, it wouldn’t charge s I told them about it and now they won’t do anything because I don’t have the packaging anymore, so I sent a video of it not working and they still won’t do anything, scam dont use this compa

I bought a mobile heat comb that looked amazing on their advertising. The item is useless it does not do anything like they advertise. After contacting the customer service for a refund they have offered me
