I've paid for nothing
I paid vidby, uploaded my file, and the site promised delivery in 21 minutes. More than 24 hours later — nothing. In my personal account, the order is still shown as “in progress” for an entire day with no updates.
I contacted support twice, but got no reply. Then I wrote in the website chat — they promised to forward my case to support and said I’d get an email. Support never responded — neither to me directly, nor, apparently, to their colleagues.
I feel cheated and strongly advise others to avoid this service.

Wasted a ton of time trying to find where they offer "Free" translations, since they literally force themselves to appear as the top google result for free video translation, however, that service does not exist. Waste of time, scam, etc

They keep sending me spam emails
They keep sending me spam emails, asking me to consider their service and requesting meetings. 1-2 emails per week for the last 2 months. I already asked them to stop multiple times, but they didn't even answer or acknowledge it.
Update 02.01.2025: 5 more emails from them since I wrote this review, and asked them 3 times to stop messaging me.

Qualität könnte besser sein, schwankt innerhalb eines Videos. Vor allem gibt es unschöne Stolperer im Text, die akustisch nicht zu verstehen sind. Da gibt es noch Luft nach oben!
Vor allem, wenn man das Video gleich noch einmal übersetzt, dann sind die Stolperer an der einen Stelle weg, tauchen aber dafür anderer Stelle auf. Das Dumme dabei: Es kostet gleich zweimal, ohne nennenswerte Verbesserung! Wie gesagt, noch einiges Luft nach oben.

Fast and reliable
Our company was looking for a tool that will help us to translate our ad materials. We tried several apps and this one is the best so far. The translation was accurate, and the voice cloning feature is quite impressive.
The design is pretty intuitive, and when I was confused their support was very responsive and helpful.
I think we'll be back to this service when we need the translations again!
