RESPONSE TO REVIEW REQUEST
I'm surprised to receive a request for a review when I've sent two requests to receive a RMA for a defective VHS-C cassette adapter and as yet gotten a reply from customer service (?) or anyone. Is there something wrong with the internet transmission? All I'm getting is a confirmation of return notice, however, the "check return status" box is totally inactive! Tsk! Tsk!

The product showed up brand new and it works great. So nice to be able to watch our home movies again since our previous adaptor had worn out. We were told one week for delivery and it showed up via USPS three days sooner.
