The booking was paid and confirmed around 10 in the morning for the next day. At 16 in the afternoon the company writes us at WhatsApp that the trip is fully booked and we have to choose another day! This seems super unprofessional, the tour shouldn’t have been advertised if it wasn’t available. And that late in the afternoon it’s quite late finding something else.
So my recommendation is to avoid and use another supplier.

FAKE- FAKE - Beware of this provider!!!

We booked a VIP tour for Chu Chi and Mekong Delta with a small group of 10 people and VIP limosine minibus.

We received a group of 15 people with an ancient bus. The bus had a maximum speed of 35 km/h and was hardly roadworthy, let alone the driver. He hit the roadside several times while driving, caused parking damage and made a U-turn on a 6-lane highway with full traffic.

After 6 hours on the road and only a few kilometers driven, the whole group got out closed. During the entire time, this company was neither available by phone nor did it respond to messages and calls. After we put a lot of pressure on the tour guide, a call suddenly worked without any problems. On getyourguide, numerous tourists have been fooled on this tour. Suddenly, the booking was refunded to everyone within minutes, just so that we could not give a review. This after the tour guide spoke to the company on the phone and told them that we all know that they are playing the same game over and over again with the tourists.

Pathetic experience fooling people and rude customer service

Our tour guide, Tuan, was incredibly knowledgable interweaving his own experiences of the war into the tour which brought an additional heightened level of understanding. His sense of humour created a relaxed atmosphere in the group.
