I’m from London and I actually went to Vietnam and visited the TopTrend hair factory. From the very start communication was fantastic. They were very transparent about their process and I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase their hair. Joey took time to answer all my questions. He was very friendly and open about the industry which gave me further insight into the ethics of the hair trade. I felt the most comfortable purchasing hair from this company. Not only was the service fantastic but the hair is the best! I went around to different factories but the process and feel of top trend hair excellent. Product: love the product. I ordered 4 times. Vietnamese straight and wavy in different lengths. The compliments I recieved on the hair are endless. Please use minimum products on hair because over time it get that greasy look. However when washed it bounce right back. Hair does shed but not crazy.

Ordered three different hair types from Top Trend - curly, wavy and straight, and I must say it’s the most GORGEOUS hair, it’s silky and thick and I cannot wait to use it this summer. J and his team worked hard to produce a high quality and kept the communication going even after the hair was sent. Top trend were fantastic from beginning to end. I’m pretty knowledgeable about the hair process and it was extremely refreshing to see they were honest, professional, and full of knowledge. I loved the fact that I was able to have a video call prior to purchase. They were also very patient because I was apprehensive with a new vendor and wasn’t sure if the hair was genuinely raw. Well the hair is RAW and BEAUTIFUL. I was even shown video prior to shipping. Rest assured, Top Trend is the real deal and esp to make larger bulk purchases.

Red flag! Be aware they don’t have return policy and they don’t accept pay pal. When I asked for a price for raw hair, the prices given were 30% higher than the ones listed on their website. It turned out they don’t have hair in stock and that the production lasts 15 days after FULL payment upfront. Seems like a scam.
They are dishonest for the shipping fees - asked me to pay double shipping charges corresponding to double weight for my quoted quantity.
