Above and beyond! Saved my trip on a tight deadline
As a Pakistani passport holder born in Hong Kong, getting a visa for Vietnam turned out to be a major headache. My online e-visa status was stuck with an "amended" note, and when I went directly to the Vietnam Consulate in Hong Kong, they couldn't help me and advised me to find an agency.
After reaching out to multiple agencies on Google, almost all of them turned me down immediately after knowing about my Pakistani passport. I was traveling with my friends, and with only a week left before our departure date, the pressure was really on.
That's when Vietnam Visa VOA completely took my stress away. Instead of rejecting my case, they gave me hope right away, asking about my background, travel history, and supporting documents to build a strong application.
A massive shoutout to Anna, who provided incredible assistance throughout the process! Her communication was fast, and her instructions were remarkably clear, which was a huge relief given my tight timeline.
I opted for their complete package, which included:
- Visa Approval Letter & Extra Support for the complicated sponsorship procedure
- Fast-track service on arrival and departure
- $25 USD stamping fee included
- Airport transfers
While it costs more than a standard e-visa, it was worth every single penny. The entire process at immigration was completely hassle-free. The staff handled everything, and clearing immigration took barely 5 to 10 minutes.
If you are facing visa difficulties, running short on time, or hold a passport that requires extra processing support, I cannot recommend Vietnam Visa VOA and Anna highly enough. Professional, efficient, and truly saved my trip!

This is the best Fast Track service in Vietnam!!
I've used other Fast Track services when I'm visiting Vietnam and Vietnam VISA VOA has been by far the best company for Fast Track service. I was skeptical at first, but they proved me wrong very fast. One time, they helped me with the fast Visa process as I had a last minute trip to Vietnam. I was a nervous wreck, but they really made it look easy.
GRACIE is the person to ask for!! She has helped me numerous times, even with the last minute changes. The whole staff is really on top of it. They reach out to you via WhatsApp and they will also call you if needed. They also speak English. Their rep will greet you when you arrive and you will get treated like a celebrity as they escort you past the loooong standard immigration line. It will only take minutes to get through. They will also provide the taxi service. ALWAYS ASK FOR GRACIE! She's the best!

Overcharged
I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had.
I had already paid for our Vietnam visas through the normal process, but because our trip was approaching and I didn’t want to risk any delays, I contacted Vietnam Visa VOA for assistance. Ironically, the visas I had already applied for ended up being approved the same day I reached out to them.
I was quoted $561.93 for their service for our group of seven. While trying to complete the payment through the link they sent, my credit card kept declining the transaction because the bank’s fraud protection required additional authorization. During that time, their representative repeatedly called me while I was also trying to get through to my credit card company, which only delayed the payment further.
Once I finally got the payment to go through, I was told that because more than 30 minutes had passed, I now had to pay an additional $140. I explained exactly what had happened and that the delay was caused by my bank’s security process—not because I was unwilling to pay. The representative showed no empathy or flexibility whatsoever. It felt like they were simply looking for an excuse to charge more, knowing we were in a desperate situation and couldn’t risk traveling without the proper documents.
Because we were traveling with seven people, we felt we had no choice but to pay the extra fee.
The entire experience felt like they took advantage of customers’ urgency and fear surrounding visa approval. Instead of helping, they seemed focused on collecting as much money as possible. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and explore every other option before using this service, especially if you’ve already submitted a visa application and are simply waiting for approval.

Resposta da Vietnam Visa VOA
Dear Ms Sheyla Gonzalez and your family,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry that this situation caused you and your family so much stress.
We fully understood that you were already at the airport, your visas had not yet been approved, and you were also experiencing unexpected payment verification from your bank. We know how worrying that must have been, and our team tried to support you throughout the process.
Our expedited visa services operate under strict submission deadlines because applications must be lodged before the immigration processing cut-off. Although your payment could not be completed before the deadline, we extended the submission window and stayed in contact with you while you worked with your bank. Once the payment was received after the extended deadline, the original service was no longer available, so we offered two options: a full refund or an upgrade to the next available expedited service by paying only the difference in price. You chose the upgrade.
The additional USD 140 was not a penalty, but simply the price difference between two expedited service levels after the submission deadline had passed.
After that, our team immediately prioritized your applications, and all seven visas were approved in approximately 1.5 hours, which was even faster than the standard processing time of the upgraded service. Most importantly, your family was able to travel to Vietnam as planned.
We truly regret that you felt unsupported, as that was never our intention. While we respect your opinion, we also hope this explanation helps future customers understand the circumstances and the efforts our team made to assist your family during a very urgent situation.
Note: For the sake of transparency, we have preserved the complete WhatsApp conversation and payment timeline. These records clearly document the communication, the deadline extension, and the options offered, and we are happy to provide them if an independent review is ever required.
Amazing Service
Amazing Service! Gracie is very responsive and guides through the entire process. We had delays because of the online immigration system which kept asking us to add information despite the fact that we had already submitted everything. FYI I am a Kenyan citizen. Luckily, Gracie and her team were able to help us get visas on arrival within 2 days in time for the trip. They also helped with fast track services at the airport on arrival so we only took about 10 minutes getting cleared. Seeing the line that had already developed when we landed, this was a huge time saver as we’d have been stuck for hours waiting for clearance. Would 100% recommend and use again. Professional and reliable.

We almost lost hope of traveling to Vietnam after booking everything, because both our nanny’s visa and our little daughter’s visa had unexpected issues. Thankfully, this agency was absolutely amazing and managed to solve everything within just 3 days!
A very special thanks to Garcia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She stayed in constant contact with us on WhatsApp, updating us every step of the way and making sure we felt reassured during such a stressful time.
When we finally landed in Vietnam, the whole airport process was unbelievably smooth — it literally took less than 5 minutes to stamp the visas on our passports, and they even arranged fast-track service through checkout.
Honestly, such a professional and reliable service. Highly recommended if you need urgent visa assistance for Vietnam!

Beyond amazing! Gracie turned months of waiting into a 2-day approval
As a Kenyan living and working in Vietnam, I struggled for the longest time to bring my family over for a visit. I tried numerous agents, but every single one hit a roadblock. I spent months waiting and hoping, only to face endless delays and zero approvals.
Then, I was recommended to Gracie. We first discussed the possibilities on a Friday. She was incredibly kind, taking the time to answer all my questions and calm my worries. She gave me honest recommendations and clear criteria to ensure a successful application.
Unbelievably, within just two days, we had our approval letter! In less than a week, my family arrived in Vietnam. Gracie's team even received them at the airport, handled the necessary visa processing, and escorted them through the priority lane for a quick and seamless exit.
I am in awe of Gracie's diligence and strict adherence to making sure everything was 100% legal. Her communication is unmatched—she responded to every single message and was available online whenever I needed her. Gracie is truly beyond amazing. I will definitely use her services again and again so my family from Africa can visit me as often as possible. I have finally found the perfect person for our visas!
