Viewmax took 202euro from my account without my consent. My special needs granddaughter got on the site and made a harmless video. No user checks were done. she is 9 years old.

viewmax is the worst ai tool ever i mean we have to pay it in retern we get the worst features i mean 1 back button and we have to restart all over again we can`t even change our previous mistakes...it is so frustrating for a beginner like me since i wanted to generate my own video but this ai tool is only better for copying other`s content that also am not sure since i have been trying to create my content for last 3 days and every time i want to change some few mistakes of mine i have to redo all over again. it is not worth the pay because there are other ai tool that are free and better than this and thank god i have only subscribed it for a month. after that this ai tool is dead to me. i mean it`s so frustrating

Please don't go pay and support this platform/company. It is truly one of the worst experience I ever encountered in my whole life. I asked support to help me with a bug and they don't acknowledge it whatsoever. There is so many bugs in every feature, will never ever subscribe again to something that doesn't admit or even try to resolve anything. Taking my money elsewhere. They even block me on social platform, when I did nothing wrong, Never again, I will try and report this to all of you to never go support and pay a company that doesn't hold it's brand and reputation, such fraud, take your money elsewhere!!!! Ridiculous support
