It's been terrible. Had a great time on the inexpensive one week trial so we bought the package. I've tried to book 4 times now and there is no availability. I was told the all inclusive for members is 100 points per person, per day; it's actually 600 points per person, per day. It's all lies and they just stole money. The only way out is to relinquish the money you spent for nothing in return. Members are just cash cows paying a ton of money so they can give away cheap stays and steal money from more people. Don't fall for it.

Buying a timeshare with them has been the WORST experience of my life. I was sold a unit for my family (fitting four) and then I have been told that I didn't. They argue that I only have a studio for 3. No arguing with them. Then I try to book a room for three adults with two queen beds and they will not guarantee two beds. They only assign rooms at check in, so good luck! Maybe we will get a king size bed for three adults. They have the final say. I have wasted so much time trying to pay bills online (after an hour on chat, I was told they didn't know why I couldn't pay online and I should just call), book stays with ever changing rules about my timeshare points and when/how I can use them. Each time I speak with their chat/support staff, the details change. The website is unnecessarily complicated and not user friendly. I paid a fortune to have a vacation destination, but trying to use if has been an insane labyrinth of legalese and obfuscations. I have two advanced degrees, so I am not a moron, but they do their best to make you feel like one. And, I know now why people say timeshares are scams....save your money and your sanity!
