I ordered a fuel transfer pump that would work with my Milwaukee batteries but I received one that required D cell batteries and was the quality of a cheap child’s toy. I tried to return it but they say it’s the what I ordered and refused to refund my money. I’ve turned it over to PayPal

My opinion the fuel tranfer pump I ordered was not as it was advertise. I did not get a satisfied answer from.

Ordered a coat in December and returned within a week due to not fitting, the sizing was awful still not got the refund and it’s now march, absolute joke of a company the customer service is garbage just getting ignored now avoid at all costs!!!

Returned jeans a couple days later, still no refund and zero communication, avoid at all costs!!!

I would give this company a -0- if it was possible! The bras I bought were too small. They will not give me a refund!!! I am disputing the charge on my bank account. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I received my item a heated vest that was supposed to to be an XL which came in so small that my sister that wears a medium didn’t fit her. When I contacted them all they want to do is give me a 30% discount on my next purchase with them. I want to return the vest with a full discount just started the fight will burn this company to the ground if needed

My brother bought 5 items from store
L1 with it were two tracksuits for my son
My son is five in every brand we buy him an age six.
He’s bought the items and walked out and left the receipt. I tried the tracksuits on my son and there were SO Small ridiculously small

So I went back into store
And just asked could they swap them to the next size up
All perfect still in bags

They said NO not without a receipt
It’s an exchange and technically they are at fault with their ridiculously inaccurate sizes
It’s a false sale is something is that small it cannot be worn
And it’s not like I was asking for another item or a refund a simple size up

Item stretched and clearly been worn when it arrived. Wouldn’t arrange a refund or even exchange. Clothes and shoes are very cheaply made.

Item was damaged when it arrived and they wouldn’t issue a refund or even an exchange.

Don't buy from this company. Items are cheap, and you cannot return items.

Ordered a top for a party paid postage wrong top arrived even with a faulty logo ....emailed got reply replied back still nothing 5 days later 🙃 oh and cheaper priced top they sent not happy

Paid for next day delivery in time for the Friday, items arrived the following Monday. Customer service is non existent. They never answer the phone and when you call into the shop, you can't even speak to a manager as the manager is only contactable via text.
The clothes are nowhere near the size they should be.
Avoid this shop at all costs if you don't want to waste/lose your money!!!

Awful customer service. I bout a polo shirt for a Christmas present but needed a different size. I emailed them to ask about their extended Xmas returns policy, 3 days later they came back and said I was too late. I wasn’t and I emailed them back to tell them. It is now 6 days later and still no reply from them. Will never shop in there again

They refused to give me a refund, which I am legally entitled to, when I received their poor quality clothing.

I have already sent the items back to them, they won't send the items back, won't send a refund and won't reply to emails.

Awful store I have been charged for a jacket I haven’t received and they ignore all emails I have tried 3 different email addresses

Always back a Liverpool company 100% but this will be the last time I buy from them. No delivery 9 days later and no response 2 emails later. Very disappointed with the on line service. Let themselves down badly.

I ordered a snapback on July 9th and it still hasnt been mailed to me. I wasnt even given shipping info from Vincentius until 2 weeks after i ordered. I reached out multiple times to their "support" and no response. finally i got tracking info and a week and a half later I reached out to USPS to see what is the status of the package and they said they have never received the package and are still awaiting the item. I would look elsewhere bc this company is not legit. I cant speak to the quality of their items as i never received it.

Update (7/31) Vincentius reached out to me via instagram DM to provide me with an update on my package.
