Vine Disposal is all about business, they are quick responding and fast to provide the services that they promise. They professional and knowledgeable about their products and quick to update their clients to any new changes. I am a Veteran, so I inquired about a Veteran discount with Zina, she said yes that there was 10% off offered to Veterans. Once she realized that that promotion had ended, she immediately called me back to inform me of that ended promotion, she was also informing me that there was a new promotion in place with bigger savings. I really appreciate that she was concerned enough to keep me updated about their company promotions.

Let us start by saying how shady this dumpster contractor is. Untrained kids answer the phone; some are hard to understand their English. They make claims that they can deliver on a specific date and do not. They arbitrary charge your CC for a dumpster delivery day in advance of delivery. Then charge you for overages of mixed material or excessive material when the dumpsters were not over the full edge line. Nor provide a weight ticket of the tonnage. Mr. A, (Trust pilot doesn’t allow real names) their credit/customer service associate, states he is going to credit your account for dumpsters delivered that had trash or clay in them from previous sites but does not. Multiple times the dispatch lady blows you off and says she will call you in the afternoon but does not. When you ask for the owner or manager you get the run around and never speak to one. On one deliver date (Saturday) they told us at the day of, after calling them, that the Metro concrete Recycling center is closed on Saturdays and they cannot deliver the 12 yard. We informed them that this was the last dumpster, and we were going to be live loading with a standby Mini-Excavator. Lost money on the Mini—X rental because of them. On another day they picked up a full dumpster and placed it in the street for days which blocked the right of way and upset the neighbors. Another instance, one of their drivers told me I quote "It’s not in his job description to remove trash and clay at the bottom of the dumpster" He claimed he did not dump it. Lastly, Mrs. Mary G., in billing, makes claims that she will send photos of the over-filled dumpster (of which there were none) and weight tickets and doesn't. Stay clear of their shady tactics!

I've used Vine Disposal services several times and they are my go to when I need to declutter the yard and home. From the initial call, application, delivery & pickup -- all have been smooth. The dumpsters are in great condition considering how affordable they are. Happy with them!

This company is horrible!!!!! We used them for 2 different job sites, and they have overcharged over and over again. I have spent way too much time having to fight billing with these people. When they finally agreed they owed us a refund, they charged me that amount instead of refunding it. We got charged for a dumpster that had not been on a job site for 3 months. My last dumpster was picked up three months ago, and I just saw another charge on my business credit card. I don't know if they are intentionally trained to overcharge and screw customers or they just are the absolute worst at accounting.

Vine is so accommodating and professional! I truly appreciate their flexibility and reasonable prices!!! They also allow you to keep the dumpster for 14 days - this is longer than most dumpster rental places.

The Vine Disposal personnel that I've conversed with have each been very courteous and professional.
The delivery driver whom was also friendly and professional. He skillfully backed his rig up our narrow driveway and staged the dumpster exactly as I requested. He was also very careful so not to damage our grass.

I’ve been using Vine disposal for a while now on my projects, and they have the best customer service. They drop off the dumpsters as soon as possible and pick them up when they say. They’re very communicative overall.

They cheat on pricing and billing, they over charge the container, I gave them several chances, but they have terrible customer service, no communication and they overcharge . Never use them , very bad experience

Dropped off dumpster as requested. They contacted me early before coming out.
The dumpster door chain got caught under the wheel and we couldn’t open the door. I contacted the company, called twice and were told they were waiting on dispatch to call back. I never heard back. Finally, I used a car jack and pulled out the chain. I wish they returned my call and offered me a solution. 16 days later, I called to have the dumpster picked up. They confirmed and picked up as promised. Other than not returning my call, everything was good.

Between poor commination, lack of response from management and being over charged with no explanation I would not recommend using this company.

Terrible customer service. I called and ordered 2- 30 yard containers. Before filling out their paperwork and paying I asked for confirmation that both containers could be delivered that day. One was delivered and we waited around for the 2nd one. After 2 calls to the office I was told that the second container would have to be delivered the next day. I said that was fine. I then asked if they could pick up the first one when they brought the second one and the lady said she would call me back with confirmation. I never received. Next day I called to see if they could give me a time for delivery. Again, I was told they would call dispatch and call me back. 2 hours later I still had not heard anything so I called again and asked again when the container was going to come. I was told again that they would call me back in 10 minutes and let me know. 2 more hours later I call again and ask when the container was coming. This time they said that all drivers had left for the day. Each time I called up there to talk to someone nobody seemed to know what they were doing or have a clue as to what was going on.

Third time using Vines Disposal!
1. Excellent application process with confirmations and timely updates regarding dumpster delivery. Customer service was very knowledgable and clarified the most appropriate type of dumpster to serve my purpose.
2. Prompt confirmation response clarifying information for dumpster pick up.
3. Dumpster pick up was done by Johnny who was very personable and professional. Exceptional customer service!

This company has very poor management. I rented a dumpster and called for the dumpster to be picked up. The company came a picked up the dumpster 5 days later and charged ridiculous fees for that. It appears they intentionally abandon thier dumpsters in order to charge their customers more more fees, This is illegal business practice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.

Vine Disposal embraces poor business practices! My experience with Vine Disposal started when I called for a quote and reluctantly gave my e-mail address and business info to them for a quote. shortly after, I started receiving daily Docusign contract agreements. This got very frustrating as they failed to stop it, until I started sending all the trash from my e-mail account directly to the sales rep. daily.
I eventually decided to try them because they serviced inside the Atlanta perimeter for concrete recycling. Per container billing ($375) was billed with each load hauled as planned, but two weeks later my card was hit with huge penalties, over weight and contaminated concrete charges. They would not send me proof of weight tickets and charges they say the recycler charged them. All totaled, they charged me an average of $950 per 12yd container. This is ABSURD!!!
