10/10, highly recommend !
So easy to order online, items got delivered literally the next day. The logs burn so well, last much longer than other briquettes we have tried, and great to know that they are sustainable. Also great value for money compared to other fuels on the market. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to family and friends !

Delivery took a long time
Ordering was quick and easy, however delivery took two weeks which surprised me. I think I would have think again before ordering because of that. The product itself is well packaged and the lovely surprise of a bar of chocolate was very kind. I have not yet tested the logs in a fire but I look forward to doing so.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for taking the time to leave a review—we really appreciate it!
I’m so sorry to hear that delivery took longer than expected. Unfortunately, the delays were caused by adverse weather conditions the previous week, which affected An Post's operations and staffing in certain areas. They’ve assured us that extra resources have been put in place to clear any backlogs, so future deliveries should be back to normal soon.
We’re so glad you appreciated the packaging and the little chocolate treat! 🍫 I hope you love Vino Logs when you get the chance to try them—they’re designed to bring clean, sustainable warmth to your home. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your patience and support—it means the world to us!

They lasted as long as coal would, and just as warm. They didn’t leave stains so a lot cleaner then regular coal.
