SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Never delivered, get tracking numbers. Then they stop working. Now they are saying its delivered even though the delivery place are saying they never received it. Now suddenly they have a tracking number on there page saying its delivered. But you can tell its fake on their page. Avoid at all cost. Ordered in November for Christmas still nothing

Scam - AVOID!!
Scam - AVOID!! Wish I read these reviews before purchasing. They take your money, provide you with a "tracking number" but nothing happens... I ordered a jacket over a month ago and it hasn't arrived yet and the tracking has not updated since. I have tried multiple times to contact them but all I get back is an auto AI response. Doesn't seem like there are any real humans that want to help.

Scam - Avoid - updated
Update: product was received on January 22, ordered on November 27.
Order at your own risk. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Scam, avoid.
They provide a “tracking” number and eventually the delivery stalls.
Their email support is completely AI-based. They claim to escalate to a human, but nothing happens.
Could be they are a drop-shipper that doesn’t actually keep inventory, but either way just avoid. I gave them the benefit of a month.

AI, Bad sizing & No response for exchange
Jacket took a long time to come and email correspondence seemed to be o ly using AI.
Was a gift but arrived far too small for the size, when emails were sent regarding their exchange policy stated online, they are currently being ignored and i’m left with a jacket I can’t exchange.
