Bin bis jetzt super zufrieden. Es ist etwas Arbeit, aber es lohnt sich diese weiter zu verkaufen und dafür noch kleines Geld zu erhalten.

Ich finde die Idee super cool! Einfach nicht gebrauchten Artikeln ein neues Leben und Zuhause geben zu können während man sich etwas dazuverdient. Auch, dass man sich um den Versand und die Kosten keine Gedanken machen muss. Alles an dieser App ist perfekt!

I love about Vinted that you can get literally anything for small money. But i had problems with the delivery - when i first had a problem, the support team helped me and i got my package. But it’s annoying that i have to run after the little informations i have about the package that got lost and finding out where it is now. I also don’t know who to trust and i‘ve heard many stories about people taking your money.

Vinted ist grundsätzlich toll und ich habe schon einiges gekauft und verkauft aber man hat den Eindruck dass nur der Käufer und nicht der Verkäufer geschützt wird. Kundenservice gibt es defacto nicht.

Vinted ist sehr gut organisiert. Man kann vieles, was man nicht mehr braucht verkaufen oder was kaufen. Alles funktioniert reibungslos, schnell und zuverlässig. Ich muss nur die verkaufte Produkten versenden, alles andere mach Vinted. Das Geld bekomme ich zügig aufs Konto.Perfekt

Shipment was as agreed, arrived quickly. But the condition of the Bomber Jacket was not described properly and the sizing did not match. Overall quality of the jacket is good, but would be great to understand in advance that the announced XL size will barely fit an L. Due to big breast this requirement was crucial for me. Now I have an item to resell/gift to somebody.
Overall the communication was good and shipment went quick, just the sizing and not full description of the condition of the piece made the experience not as pleasant, as expected.

Ich finde Vinted toll, habe viele Mega Schnäppchen gefunden, die ganz neu oder neuwertig waren. Hier ist tolle Mode noch leistbar. Viele liebe Verkäuferinnen, die auch Zettelchen dazugelegt haben. Sehr wenige schlechte Erfahrungen.(In etwa 2 Prozent) Manchmal war ein Stück gekürzt oder umgenäht. Kundenservice war zumeist hilfreich. LG Isabella

Up until last week, I had relatively positive experiences with Vinted.
A few weeks ago I bought several items from a seller. Before I had even collected the parcel, she messaged to say she had sent the wrong item to me. Although I was refunded the money I had paid for the original items, a condition of this was posting back the wrong item, at my own expense! I am wondering what the buyer protection fee is actually for. All correspondence felt like talking to someone who was replying from a script, rather than actually looking at what had happened. I paid, literally, for someone else's mistake. Zero protection as a buyer, even though I had paid for that too!

ch bin Verkäuferin bei Vinted und verkaufe alte Schuhe aus Österreich. Leider habe ich begonnen zu fühlen, dass Vinted ein Betrug ist. Am Anfang erhielt ich einen kostenlosen „Push“, der mir von Vinted als Geschenk dafür gegeben wurde, dass ich eine neue Verkäuferin bin, und ich habe ihn für ein Produkt verwendet, und ich bekam viele Aufrufe und es wurde verkauft; jedoch, als ich dieses Mal für zwei Pushes bezahlt habe, erhielt ich keine Aufrufe und keine Likes. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich von Vinted.at betrogen wurde. Ich wurde zögerlich, den Rest meines Geldes auf mein Bankkonto zu erhalten.

Am Anfang habe ich das Gefühl, dass deine Produkte sehr stark angezeigt werden und du sehr viele Angebote bekommst, leider lässt es mit der Zeit total nach und man wird verleitet, Werbung zu kaufen, welche aber auch nur bedingt effektiv ist.

Super App. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Nur wenn ein potentieller Käufer dir schon einen Preisvorschlag macht, sollte Mann auch schreiben zb nein danke oder annehmen.
Man wartet und nichts kommt das nervt.

They randomly block accounts for no valid reason - so if you want to sell something, it better be a lot of different items or you will get banned.
The shipping costs and Vinted fees are rather high, so a lot of potential buyers shy away from actually buying. It's easier to handle the actual sale away from Vinted.
I really used to like that the platform makes it possible to sell in multiple countries, but the fact that there are no actual people involved and you do not get any support if you need help is a huge red flag.
