As always everything went smoothly. Looking forward to my next purchase. Not sure what it is yet.

The price for the chandelier we purchased was fair. The dealer also offered to switch out the electrical for the US, at no cost.

Delivery happened quickly and the piece arrived without damage.

Perfect! I found a range of items I was looking for. Good communications and prompt delivery. I appreciate that the messaging system is secure. Although the fees can seem high at times, it’s so worth the security and knowing that the chances of being scammed are minimised.

Furniture with history!
1. There has been confusion about how much the delivery charge would be - money off/in bank account.
2. Delivery delayed by a month to what was initially said
3. Item was advertised as ‚teak wood‘
Turns out to be mahogany colour veneer which is starting to blister. 4.And 1table drop leaf not aligning with center piece.
But as said earlier ‚ furniture with history‘
I still like the shape of my purchase

The table was beautiful but oval rather than round as described. I decided to keep it and thought that was the end of the matter. I was delighted when Riza offered me a refund of £40 . A wonderful and very welcome but quite unexpected surprise. Riza went out of her way to help. Great retail experience.

Vinterior is a introduction platform between buyer and dealer which works extremely well. The dealer in this case was David Rokov who was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with

Lovely 1960s teak mirror, just as shown on the Vinterior website. A little temporary hiccup with communication between the seller and the courier, but all was sorted out in the end. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have bought antique pieces before through Vinted, and the site is both very easy to use and has a wide range of antique items of all sorts. Each time the transaction has gone very well and the vendors have handled everythnig very professionally. I will certainly use Vinted again the next time I'm looking for antique/vintage pieces.

The website is easy to use and the seller was very helpful. She managed to work around dates that we weren’t available to take delivery. The delivery process was efficient and we were kept up to date with progress.

I have sold 2 items of furniture back in October and despite emailing and trying to contact them I still have not managed to withdraw my balance, no phone numbers to contact and really difficult to contact in regard to this

Vinterior helped me when I needed them, I was lacking a tracking number for one of my orders, so they responded quickly.

Phenomenal idea, lovely branding and on surface exactly what you want from a vintage furniture/art dealer in the 21st century. Having said this, as a seller, the platform is largely unusable and not very user-friendly especially when you have experience dealing with platforms such as Ebay that make the experience easy breezy.

You contact customer service and you get an immediate reply from an AI agent, ending in an endless loop of doom where it's really hard to get in touch with a human and get your problems solved.

My advice would be to improve the user experience of the platform so that the reliance on customer service is reduced rather than introducing AI agents in response to the poor experience that don't even solve your problems.
