There was an issue with the cart on their website and I accidentally ordered the same order twice, I have contacted them multiple times by facebook, email and via their review systrem and I have been continuously ignored. I'm really annoyed with myself for trusting this company. avoid.

Can highly recomend vinylvibestees, we had som problems with the communication, because the e-mails went in my spam, so totally my mistake, so check your spam, if you do not receive anything.

Something went wrong with the transport company. After sending an email, it was solved immediately. Even after that, communication was great. The shirts are good quality and fit perfectly.

Excellent quality of the t-shirts and a very customer friendly service. I accidentally ordered one the t-shirts in the wrong size. Vinylvibetees solved this immediately despite the fact it was my own fault.

Brilliant service.

I bought 4 brilliant T-shirts from Vinylvibes. The quality was superb but I ordered the wrong size unfortunately (my own rose tinted glasses!) I messaged them and thought I wasn’t getting replies. I was getting frustrated but it turned out their immediate response had gone to my junk. They were superb and have sent me 4 new T-shirts and let me keep the smaller ones (I’ll gift those to my son!) Great customer service. I think the bad press they may be getting is down to people’s email firewalls.

Received an incorrect item, and instead of starting a return procedure, I was offered to keep the wrong item and to also receive the correct one without xtra costs

For the moment l have only given ⭐️ ⭐️ because l have sent 3 messages via their website requesting sizing info. To date l have not received a response. Their website states the size chart is on the product page, but can l find it for T Shirts…no. I just want to find out the chest size for L and XL. The ⭐️ ⭐️ is for the product range and not cust service.

Na contact gezocht te hebben met support....0 reactie. Meerdere malen gemaild echter geen reactie. Zegt genoeg!!

Snelle verzending. Nadat het pakketje bezorgd was, bleek dat ik per ongeluk een maat s had besteld in plaats van een maat L. Alles is via mailverkeer opgelost en binnen een week lag de goede maat in de bus!
