I've been using the platform for a few…
I've been using the platform for a few weeks and so far everything has worked well. The login process was simple and I was able to start reading immediately. The selection is somewhat niche but that's actually part of the appeal. It's not the same books you see everywhere else.

If I could give you guys 0 I would've done absolutely terrible customer service and the reviews actually say a lot about you, I shouldn't even have gave you a chance. You are thieves and keep charging customers even after they cancel their subscription.

I fell for the same 30$ charge and the website has spyware.
I fell for the same $30 charge, just like everybody on this thread, and I'm telling my bank these people are fraudsters and trying to get my money back. When you check out the book, they offer you to subscribe to their library, and it comes off as a free subscription, because the price is not displayed, you have to read Terms and Conditions to see the prices, then 3 days later they charge your card, and once you take it up with customer support they just run you in curcles for a few days trying to ware you down, so you just move one, and if you persist they block you.
I tried to use the website, and my antivirus flagged it as "dangerous - dont proceed." They use spyware on their website to spy on your computer. After I told them about it and asked for a refund, they blocked me. Their support team uses Telegram.
Please dont fall for these people, and if somebody wants to take them to court, count me in.

Ordered a book download for my 5 yr old…
Ordered a book download for my 5 yr old grandson costing 4.99. Amazon wasn't avsilable as I was in Africa otherwise I would not ehave used Fullboox. They have since taken 3 times 26.00 from my bank account. Theft!

SCAM – DO NOT TRUST THIS PLATFORM
This company is a complete scam. I bought one single book for 4.99€ and at no point was there any clear validation or confirmation that I was subscribing to a paid plan (which they supposedly “offer” at another price).
Despite this, I was charged multiple times afterward. I sent several emails to their support team and never received any response.
What makes it even worse: there is no clear access to an account page, no transparent subscription management, nothing. I didn’t even know I had an account on their platform.
It is only after reading other users’ reviews that I discovered you have to Google “cancel subscription” to find a hidden way to stop payments. This is absolutely unacceptable.
The website is clearly designed to make things difficult on purpose and trap users into paying.
Dishonest practices, zero customer support, and no transparency.
Avoid at all costs.

I bought a book for about 5 dollars, in begining of november. Usually i don't check my bank acc. And today checked that some fullboox every month taking about 30 dollars from me. And started in the end of november! I didn't get any check on my e-email, any information that i got paid subscription. I'm so angry right now
P.s. write straight to your bank and tell that you've been scamed. They can return those money. Take screenshots of their answers, of your accoum statement, describe situation. That's gonna hit those scams hard

This is a SCAM!!!! Same issue as everyone. After purchasing an ebook for $4.99 you are then charged $29.99 monthly subcription after 3 days because the subscription part is auto ticksd which is very dodgy! I contacted them to cancel and refund my money the very same day the money was deducted from my account and they sent me a link to the refund policy and the page is suspended. Still havent had any help from the support team. Please dont waste your time, otherwise you will be scammed the same way!!

This is a scam website
This is a scam website. They will lure you in with the $5 then charge you with a subscription after a few days. They are also designed to not reply and just loop in circles with their "customer support".
It is not legal to not have any messages about this or any communication before they renew or charge your subscription.

Fullboox claims in their response below they take this seriously however they still have not refunded me and blocked me on their telegram 'support'.
The SUBSCRIPTION information IS NOT presented, it's a box that is already ticked and talks about a library but there is no mention of price or ongoing fees. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.
