Viper 10 Avaliações

I ordered some kit for my son for Christmas from Viper10 and got an email giving the order number and confirming that it was being processed. Weeks have passed and no sign of a delivery

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Created a wonderful design for us and were really accommodating to any changes we requested. The sample designs were made and the order was processed very quickly

Excellent customer service throughout the entire process for our Hockey Touring kit!

I haven’t got the kit yet, but if it is anything close to how good the customer service of this company is, then it will be amazing.

Huge shout out to Ashleigh who sorted out everything during the process; Every small change to the kit, and in order volumes. It can’t be easy to sort out kit for 35 people!

I will definitely be using this service again when it’s required.

Ashleigh was amazing - great service!!

Great kit and great support from the team who designed it for us. They were so helpful and gave us a few to choose from. After the order they stuck to their time frame and the kit is class!

Absolutely fantastic service regarding our rugby 7s kit from start to finish big shout out to Ashleigh and Charlotte who answered every query we had throughout the process. The kit looks amazing and just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped with the kit

Fantastic netball kit! Thank you to Ashleigh and the team for producing our new netball kit. The dresses are high quality and are very much 'true size'. We will definitely be back next year!

The service provided by Viper has been first class, from initial contact, help designing the dresses and delivery time. Everything was very easy and the dresses look amazing! Thank you

Well designed kit provided with fantastic service!

Great products and great communication through the ordering process, would highly recommend.

Superb service, high quality and bespoke product with the quickest turnaround! The fit is perfect, no issues with sizes at all... So good we won’t consider using any other supplier for future kit. Our netball team is the envy of the league! Amazing, thank you

The service we have received has been excellent. Ashleigh has been extremely helpful and patient while we design and redesign products. Quality of all the items has been great. Delivery has always been on time or early, with 2 lots of dresses arriving within 3 weeks. We have tried lots of suppliers for our dresses and sublimated items, over the last few years, and have always been let down or disappointed with the service or quality of products we have received. It has been a refreshing change and experience dealing with Ashleigh and Viper10.

Viper 10 have been absolutely excellent, professional and efficient.
Ashleigh made the designing and ordering process very easy, and they were happy to be patient with us while we made quite a few changes !
Our dresses are going to arrive on Monday which is exactly on schedule.
Highly recommended.

Ashleigh was so helpful with any query I had. Delivery was early. The dresses are good quality and great design. Very happy team.

Excellent designs and quick delivery turn around. Great customer service from Ashleigh. The only downside is the minimum order of 10 but the majority of team kit providers have the same requirement. But the quality and service at viper makes up for this slight issue.

Good kit, great design team and even better customer service!

A fantastic service. We had numerous changes made to the order as well as sponsorship logos to add; Ashleigh dealt with it all efficiently and incredibly quickly. We were under time pressure to get the order done by the time the U14's headed up to Newcastle for the National Clubs finals. Ashleigh did an amazing job at ensuring this happened. I highly recommend Viper 10 for any new kit you want to order.

I recently ordered some Netball and Rugby kit from Viper 10 and could not have been more impressed with their service. Our point of contact, Ashleigh, dealt very promptly with numerous changes and questions and we love the kit! Thank you!

Excellent communication and a quick turnaround! would highly recommend.

Excellent Service, great kits, plenty of options provided to get us to the bespoke design we wanted as a team. Great CRM, fast response time and helpful suggestions to any queries we had.
