You sign up for the VIP, with the promise of 24 hour delivery. The delivery takes as long as non VIP. And what is delivered is substandard, all the ads are the same formula, nothing special and very boring.

Added to this, you will have to go through revisions due to the poor english writing in the ads, its very obvious that they have outsourced someone cheaper to put these together, and it really shows.

Overall a very dissapointing experience, you are far better off to make an ad yourself or source someone on fiver.

Videos are ok. The quality is not great. Some videos are low quality. I paid for a split test and they changed one clip out of each video which was 2 seconds long... used the same audio, same videos. I received the videos quick but I've also been waiting over a week for my revisions and virtually they were the same ... This is a business and its about speed, I cant wait over a week when I am running paid ads. I cant afford to remove my ads when I need to be taking in money. Maybe it slipped through...? Who knows, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I would still like to see a higher video quality. Some of the video qualities in the clips dont match up either. You go from a 1080p clip to a 480p, that doesnt make my company look very trustworthy or professional. I've started to do my own ads in the meantime. We will see what they have to say when they get back to me.

Wish I read these reviews before throwing money down the toilet! Reading any positive reviews you can tell it’s the company posting good reviews. They read just like ads for the company. if you can’t even write fake reviews for ur self well how could u make good content? They are good at getting ur money tho! Garbage product. Save ur money! Make ur own videos for less hassle and usable content. Don’t waste ur time sending in edits they won’t do it.

Buyer BEWARE! The video wasn’t great, but not horrible. I sent in time stamped edits for example :03-:06 wrong product :012-0:14 change “waterproof water resistant with wet and dry..” to “water resistant exterior with wet/dry separation”. It took them over 3 days to get me the content and it was a Friday. I was horrified with the videos they sent but being optimistic I asked for them to just change 1 of the videos with a list of time stamped edits. 3 wrong product and 8 text edits. They claim 7 days of unlimited edits and I just received a email, 3 days later saying they only edit the first 3-5 seconds. It’s a 30 sec video I can’t use because it has wrong information and not the right bag In 3 obvious shots. (I sell diaper bags). I was hoping I could use them instead of spending hours editing my own videos but now it would have been better quality and the same amount of time to just make my own video. If you do try them google discount codes. I atleast got 20% off so only lost $60Cnd but still very disappointing. Very misleading and unprofessional reply. You can get the video clips on Ali express or cj dropship for free - $30 and make the content yourself. Google image search ur product to find videos online, download ur clips, split the clips and add text and u will save yourself time and money!

Here’s my edits request, I was frazzled so the first part it confusing but my edits are clear. I should note they ask for Time stamped edits on their revision request so I spent an hour going through the video finding the exact times of the edits. The response is a slap in the face!

Biggest scam that I've ever seen. This company is ridiculous. I'd signed up for their services hoping they'd be good, but it's been nothing but a pain. The lack of professionalism was shocking. They sent me 3 TikTok videos that were taken directly from AliExpress, showcasing the Chinese individuals and all. They didn't even bother recording themselves, leveraging their content creators. — Total ripoff, and no uniqueness.

After this whole mess, I dug a bit deeper and found a ton of bad reviews about them here, on Trustpilot. Wish I'd checked it out before. Seems like they're more interested in grabbing money than actually providing a decent service.

Terrible, for an agency is not what it said. The video should be between 15 to 30+ and all the videos are under 14sec even on is at 13 sec. On video they use same footage as others. I didn't gave many thing to do cause i really thought they were a good agency, i gave link to tiktok videos for exempl, to do the same. Really disappointed when I saw video one and two exactly the same type of video. I even gave trending soung to use or exempl of what to do. They didn't use it. Also they were late to delivery the video + i had to contact them to know what happen cause they didn't reach me at all until i contacted them. They are probably more focus on money than make real good ugc. Be aware that if you are not happy with the video you lost your money because they won't make a change at all even if they don't follow your indication

I highly recommend ViralEcomAdz for their excellent customer service. Their prompt response and willingness to assist in resolving any issues with my orders were remarkable. The speed at which they were able to produce the videos was impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Stay away. Delivered ad with a different item and won't refund the money or redo the ad. DO NOT USE

Absolute garbage, they grab clips from alibaba some stock footages from pexels, glue it together horribly and send back the video to you. I could have done a better job myself on canva. Stay away from these people. They are just money grabbers.

Hello everyone, I am not a biased person I simply tell the truth regardless of how I feel. I bought the 4 versions package. Received it very quickly, what they did is: Downloaded the first video of my product from Alibaba. Added a template which included some headings similar to the context I provided.

The problem is, they create a video in 2-4 minutes, change it slightly and sent me 4 versions. I found substantially better videos on Alibaba and sent them over asking for a change. That change did not happen, as they informed me that I needed to buy a new package for this. To summarize you can only get revisions for they video they created, which usually stinks (You can find better). They use the first video they can find.

Solution: Go on Alibaba/express yourself. Find your product listing and find some good videos. Buy a video editor website for a month ($30~) edit the video yourself. This will take approximately 1 hour to learn how to use. The video quality will be 2-3x as good as the one you would receive from Ecom Adz.

Also remember; you are willing to spend more time on your project than someone else is. Hope this helps!

Anthony sent us multiple emails saying that he had spotted our brand and that he had helped similar brands go viral on social platforms. After a few emails, his email was forwarded to me. I looked and decided to respond and set a meeting to learn more about what they can offer.

The morning of the meeting he sends an email saying they are selective with who they work with and don't see it as a good fit. He then asks about other brands and sending referrals to help. Emailed asking if the meeting was still on and no response or answered call.

I get the grind, but don't send multiple emails saying you see our brand and want to work together, for me to take the time to do this and then cancel and ask for more business. Never let me know he was cancelling the meeting, so went to hop on and the link was gone and they don't pick up the phone.
Would never waste my time with them again, as they don't even have the common courtesy to have a 15 minute conversation to understand our products and market position make a fit for them after you approached our business.

Not the way I do business or want my partners to do business with me. Cold calls/emails are tough to convert, but when you get a better chance to convert one, you pass it up before a discover call?? Didn't have the chance to try the service, but glad I got the understanding before I likely wasted time and money with them.

Had a worst experience with them. They delivered extremely low quality video. Now they are not accepting the changes nor offering any credit or refund

I have bought TikTok Organic Package for $2,000 and the service provided was the worst in my life.

I haven't got even 1000 views on a single TikTok Video. The product was used incorrectly in the videos. Not to mention that the content was really unprofessional, with dirty clothes in the videos.

They even used the phrase In the videos which I had forbidden them to use, which could cause huge legal problems since the phrase was trademarked by another brand.

Videos were supposed to be posted daily, but they often posted 3-4 videos at once.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT use them. They sent through video ads to me of a random product (not the footage I provided).
I sent a edit request immediately. This was not attended to and they re saying I need to place. NEW ORDER. do not use them. Waste of money

I ordred a video 2 weeks ago, and the processe was just really good! i got the video after 2 days, which i was very happy about, and also i loved the video and i recommend everyone who wants to get a video for ads, or tiktok organic to buy from them!

VEA is a must-have, great outsourcing business.
Their prices for UGC content are insanely low, I literally can't imagine any cost-time-effective way to get proven-to-convert UGC content, unless you have a team of influencers and editors behind you. I love the fact that the owners themselves are also involved in advertising, they've seen what works and what doesn't and hand it over to us.

Last time I ordered some ads, I received them earlier than I expected. I asked for some revisions and within the next 24hours, I received the revised content. Great systems, trustworthy and they work like clockwork.

I will definitely be buying more content from them and I recommend to anyone running an e-commerce business to try them at least once, they get you what they preach, content proven-to-convert.
