I can't even remember how long ago it was that we signed up with Virtual PA company. Suffice to say, our partnership is still going strong and we certainly couldn't work without them.

Virtual PA have been looking after me for around 9 years, and I have had many positive comments from my customers about how pleasant the people in my office are when they call.
Recently I have been very well looked after during a covid related illness where we had to reschedule 4- weeks worth of customers and this was achieved with only one loss and many customers leaving pleasant get well messages via the team.

I've used VirtualPA's services for a number of years now and what a brilliant team they are! My clients have got to know my PA's and always give me good feedback after they have spoken to them. My PA's answer all my emails, facebook message, phonecalls, instagram messages...which allows me to perform my treatments without worrying about missing calls. They really are a great, professional team and offer a thorough service.

I have used Virtual PA for a number of years and its always good to know that my phone will get answered. I am not a big user of the service but when I do receive a call, its great to have the confidence that it will get handled professionally.
