This was a lifesaver for my child when no local care was available! Provider was knowledgeable, caring, a great listener and took the time to discuss all concerns. Appointments are available same day or next day if needed. It is comforting knowing you can get access to a provider fairly quickly. Very thankful for Dr. Kidane!!

This is simply a money grab. We paid for a visit and never got the medication. Then we went back and forth with the provider for days who ultimately told me that I went to the wrong pharmacy. It's the same pharmacy we've been getting meds from for a decade. Even the pharmacist took the time to try to call but had to set up an account to even get assistance. So $99 down the drain and no meds. Not okay at all! Insult my intelligence for trusting this service...not for thinking I'm too dumb to know where I live. I guess things are different in Florida.

My telehealth appointment was fantastic. The app is easy to use and provides a very streamlined experience. I had no issues with billing or scheduling and my appointment was on time and efficient in every way. Looking forward to future visits as the quality of care was above and beyond what I expected.

Dr Kidane is very attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me to resolve several of my issues with the right attention to detail and necessary medications.

I booked an evaluation, to get a second opinion and possibly more insight into my brain. I reached out at a time when I needed advice about my path forward after a very serious panic attack. I was extremely honest about my medications, what happened during the panic attack and my history going back 5 years to show that this is something that does happen. The evaluation was pure judgement, the doctor was VISIBLY judging me, verbally judging me and I walked away with a sense of … failure, on my part.

Pretty rushed. Didn’t feel like we went over past medical history enough. Didn’t go over past medications and their reaction. A 45 minute appointment was only 15 minutes. Not enough time to prescribe medication IMO. Nice but felt rushed and cut short.

Was looking for care locally for months, finally tried this online portal and I was shocked to go from investigating it, to booking an appointment, to meeting with a psychiatrist and then to finally getting some meds within hours. Literally all in the same day. With limited local care this is a miracle.

I can't say enough how thankful I am for this service for myself and my daughter. It has made finding help with treatment a million times easier when it comes to timing appointments around work and school, as well as reducing the average cost for us. With more than one person in the family needing access to treatment and support, it can get pricey. This makes it much more manageable than many local psychiatrists offices are, allowing us then opportunity to get the help that's everyone deserves. Our provider is amazing. Aline Paredes really takes the time to listen to both of our concerns, address them on a realistic basis with feedback and support, and gives us a sense of "control" over our mental health treatment options (within reason and with guidance) rather than feeling helpless or subject to the decisions solely of others. It has made it tremendously easier for my daughter as she navigates her mental health at a young age so she can feel empowered in her care, and she feels "special" after each visit when Aline remembers her and her interests/talents and mentions them. I am forever grateful for this service and for Aline!
