Excellent pre-qualification

The best part about this service is that they actually filter out renters and low-credit homeowners before they hit our calendar. It saves our sales guys from driving across town for a dead deal.

Cost per acquisition is predictable

Cost per acquisition is predictable – about $160 per booked inspection. Close rate around 28%. The buyer-intent targeting is legit. Only giving 4 stars because onboarding took 3 weeks instead of the 48 hours they mention. Once it started rolling, consistent. Dan was responsive throughout.

I've been burned by so-called exclusive…

I've been burned by so-called exclusive leads that five other roofers get. VSB's buyer-intent system is different they only book inspections from homeowners already looking. Our cost per appointment stays under $150 and show rates are strong. Took about 3 weeks to fully ramp up, but now our crews are consistently busy. Found them through a referral from another roofer.

VSB's approach is totally different

I have wasted thousands on Angi and Home Advisor buying leads that were sold to five other guys. VSB's approach is totally different. They book the inspection directly on my calendar. The homeowners are actually expecting us.

Saved me from doing hours of admin follow-up!

Before we found Virtual Sales Builder, I was spending half my week calling back internet inquiries who never answered the phone, leaving voicemails and begging people to book a time. It was exhausting and totally inefficient. Now, Dan's team handles all the initial qualification and follow-up. I just open my CRM in the morning and see the site surveys already slotted into the technicians schedules. It has given me my sanity back.

Dominating our local market now

Texas is a tough market with a lot of competition, but VSB helped us carve out a massive chunk of our local zip codes. The homeowners they book are right in our service area and already know what we offer.

So glad we partnered with them

So, we were struggling to keep our crews busy during the shoulder season. Connected with Roman and he walked us through their buyer-intent data model. It made total sense. Two weeks later, our calendar was stacked with exterior remodel estimates.

Does the job nicely

Good, reliable system for generating roof inspection appointments. The integration with our GoHighLevel CRM was mostly smooth. We still have to work to close them, but the at-bats are there.

We started using them last November to test the waters. Edit: Fast forward a few months and I've only seen good things come from them! The work ethic is unmatched and the culture is absolutely awesome. They really care about our success.

So we were struggling but..

So, we were struggling with the feast-or-famine cycle typical in home services. Hooked up with VSB and they made it so easy. Reliable, trustworthy, and always able to speak to someone on the team if we need to adjust our service areas. Highly recommend them.

The architecture behind their outbound activation system is brilliant. It's highly predictable. We know exactly what our cost per acquisition is going to be for our roofing crews each month, which allows us to staff accordingly without guessing.

Experience has been good overall

Experience has been good overall. The leads for our heat pump campaign are qualified and the contact info is accurate. It took about 10 days to really see the volume we wanted, but now the pipeline is very consistent.

We used to rely on buying shared leads and racing five other contractors to the homeowner's door. The buyer-intent system Dan and Roman set up completely changed our pipeline. We are getting qualified inspections booked straight to our calendar.
