Received a mask for Father’s Day, great product and fantastic customer service when I wanted to buy more. Really comfy masks Would recommend to anyone

Easy to use website, quick turnaround of order. Virustatic shield is easy to wear, easy to breathe through and makes me feel safe. Excellent product and the science behind it makes me feel even safer.

Liked the product but found the sizings varied considerably. Received one adult one with barely a seam which split on first use and the second one had such a big seam that it was very difficult to get over my head and then it was so tight that it was very uncomfortable to wear. I spent sixty pounds in all on three masks (one I gave to a family member) but I now use surgical masks instead so very disappointing in that respect. I did e mail the company with my comments but received no response. I see a lot of people wearing them so I think that I must just have been unlucky.

The first snood was very tight and uncomfortable at first, whereas the second one was less tight but now is very loose. I think some kind of plastic clip for tightening them at the back and supplied with the shield would be good

after wearing it for a short time it went loose and kept slipping down. It also split in the seam. I washed it and it looked like a rag- very disappointed considering the price.

A very good item in my opinion when no masks were available to the general public which felt comfortable to wear and didn't feel too out of place when most people were not wearing masks

I've bought a few of these. They are cotton and far more comfortable than the masks and don't make my face itch. They are also washable (up to 3 times) and give more protection than standard masks.

Still haven't caught it!

Excellent product! Comfortable to wear round my neck all day and pull up over nose and mouth when needed.
Can wear for extended hours on total comfort.

I ordered the Virustatic shield snoods at the beginning of lockdown, and it took a couple of weeks to arrive but that was because of high demand. One of the snoods was too short, but they sent out a replacement for me straightaway, no charge. I do feel safe wearing this snood, although a mask tends to be easier to wear. I'm hoping they'll bring out a mask version.

Although this snood is the regular day to day protection that I use, it becomes rather slack after a few uses, resulting in me having to handle it to adjust. I have washed mine twice and this in itself tightens the snood and makes it more comfortable again for a while. I am not sure how efficient the snood will become after further washes. It would be great if these issues could be addressed.Despite these negativies, it is more practical for me, being a hearing aid user, as there is no elastic ear loops to tangle in them.

On my 4th shield, excellent, easy to use and much more comfortable than have elastic behind the ears. Feel safer using virustatic shield than a flimsy mask. A huge plus, made in Wales.
