I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Visa Hero. Since I live far from Washington, DC, I needed a company I could trust to manage everything efficiently. They kept me consistently informed at every stage, and their communication made the entire Chinese embassy visa process smooth and stress-free. The price advertised on their website is a total lie. Once you start the process, they demand extra 'hidden' fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I asked for a refund due to this lack of honesty, they completely ignored my emails. They lure you in with low prices and then trap you. Absolute waste of money.

The whole process was smooth and easy. It was difficult for me to send my passport since I am traveling out of the country this Saturday, however, I was told by one of the Visa Hero reps that I would get it on Monday and guess what? My passport with the Chinese was here today Monday 4/27/26 early in the morning!!! Great service!!

The people there were knowledgeable about my specific needs and promt to get my requests resolved.
