BUYER BEWARE check reviews on DIRECT DIGITAL (former name) and ensure that your review is at least 6 months after you’ve signed the contract because the program sounds so great at first. CLEAR PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion based on my experiences! I originally signed on with Direct Digital, after seeing that 2.9 star review I can see why the company changed its name (without any notice btw, I just found this out 5 days ago). I’m curious as to how many of these 4 and 5 star reviews are from the venue and how many are from the actual business that paid for the ads because venues are essentially hosting the Vistavue or Direct Digital kiosk. My ad has been running since May 2025. Honestly I completely forgot about it because there was no follow up once I paid $4,500 in full upfront. I was told that more than half a million people grace the floors of that hotel each year and that they were wanting to help out my business in the know. What got me was back in April, there was a national men’s conference at the hotel, thousands of men are there that weekend. I run a spa for MEN! There is no way that not 1 of those men didn’t call or text or book an appt. It’s sickening that we have large corporations like Marriott, allowing this business to swindle small businesses like mine. I have a form in my site that asks how my clients found me none say Marriott. I ask ALL new clients, in person, how they found me and not one has said Marriott. That money was a sacrifice and while no advertising method is a guarantee, they passed this one off as a sure way. Of course they won’t refund any monies paid, but for the person that is considering this, don’t!

We appreciate that every business measures advertising success differently, and while many customers receive enquiries and increased visibility through the network, no form of advertising can guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or customers. Campaign performance can vary depending on a range of factors, including location, audience, and the nature of the business being advertised.
We would also like to clarify that Vistavue operates independently, and all contract terms, costs, and service details are outlined within the agreement before any commitment is made. We recommend customers review their contract carefully and raise any questions prior to proceeding.
It's disappointing to hear that you feel unsupported. Our Customer Care team is available throughout the duration of a campaign, and we regularly work with customers to review performance, redesign advertisements, and explore alternative opportunities where appropriate—we did attempt to call you yesterday when you raised your concerns for the first time.
