sales sold me on this product with confirmation a check could be run at 9am and 4 pm for my team. This is something they worked on for 2 months, standard setup allows for a run 12 hours apart so 9am/9pm which does not help anyone with a working schedule. so half of the service was immediately unusable data. Other webmonitoring sites work about the same and 1/10th the price.

I’ve had a great experience using Visualping.io. It’s incredibly easy to set up and does exactly what it promises: alerts you when a webpage changes. The notifications are reliable, and it saves me a lot of time from manually checking pages.

Contrary to the other providers where users are alerted for any changes, Visualping allows to set a criteria for the alert.

This means you can get alerted for "red shoes, size 8" being back in stock as opposed to be alerted for "a change"

Tried out Visualping to get alerts for a sold out film at my local movie theatre, and managed to get tickets! I've also been using Visualping to track job postings at certain companies, and restaurant reservations (got an alert for a day-of cancellation at a nice restaurant for Valentines dinner which saved my butt) Lots of different use cases, very easy to set up. I like how you can set a criteria for the alert too

Surprisingly powerful tool for how easy to use it was. We setup about 350 URLs to monitor a range competitive inputs. Received a weekly AI report on all competitive movements related to our business while filtering out unrelated content. Pretty cool honestly.

Overall, great tool to keep the team on top of updates without a huge learning curve.

I was charged for a yearly Visualping.io subscription that I never knowingly purchased or agreed to. I did not intend to sign up for an annual plan, and only discovered the charge when checking my account, which left me extremely unhappy and disappointed.

I expect clear communication and explicit confirmation before any long-term subscription is billed, especially for a full year. That did not happen in my case.

I strongly recommend that Visualping issue me a full refund for this yearly charge and cancel the subscription. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service and advise others to be very careful with their billing and subscription settings.

I wanted an easy way to get alerted when new jobs popped up on the careers pages of specific companies and Visualping was an easy, no-fuss solution. Very easy to set up alerts and you can make the criteria very specific so you're only getting important updates. I've been recommending everyone I know to Visualping for stuff like tickets, appointments, etc. Great product!

I get an alert every day with the subject "Important Change to the Site XXX" I open the email to find the body reads "no changes were made to this page"

I've been using Visualping for several months now to keep an eye on my competitors' websites, and I have to say, it's been an absolute game-changer. The visual comparison feature is incredibly helpful, allowing me to quickly spot any changes, even if they're subtle. Great tool and I got what I needed out of it — wanted to track when a dress I wanted was back in stock and I was notified quickly.

I only paid for one month’s subscription and was auto-charged another month. I was trying this out as a tool for our team at work. I requested a refund but of course everyone’s out until the after the new year so who know if I’ll get it or not.

I am not happy with the service. My subscription to the product has been automatically renewed. This is an abusive practice. I request the immediate refund of the $35 that I have been charged today and the immediate closure of the account. They will not fool me again, damn scammers.

There is no free version and they spam you like crazy
