My vital cooling breeze arrived broken. I contacted V.C.B. and provided a video to back my request for a refund. I paid $98.38 for this broken fan and they would only refund me $60.93. They offered no other resolution so I felt strong-armed into accepting this partial refund. I am scouring the internet finding as many retailers, websites, online mom and pop shops I can find to post this exact review. I have receipts to back up this review: screenshots, videos and emails. This review is 100% true and candid.

Absolutely such a scam company. They charge you before revealing the total and the shipping costs. Then when you try to get a refund and cancel they won't do it. They say send it back. So you have to pay shipping twice which equals the cost of the unit itself. And reading reviews this product doesn't do what it says. Such a scam

The product doesn't cool at all. The advertisement is a scam. The reviews are fake and the perpetrators should be locked up.

The unit is a fan, not an AC unit, it does not cool. It is a fan made in China. The air volume is low, even if it did cool it could never cool a room as advertised. Its a scam, the marketing is misleading.

This is a huge waste of money. It does not actually "cool" anything more than a regular, small fan would. The shipping cost was $25 on an $80 product that promised to act like a small air-conditioning unit... and I got a 12" tall fan that isn't very powerful, barely blowing air a few feet. Complete waste of money.

To return it, I'd need to pay for shipping costs, they would only potentially refund the initial purchase price (not shipping), and they charge a 15% restocking fee, so it's really not worth it.

It was clearly built in China (per the instruction manual that has more Chinese pages than English), and appears to be very cheaply constructed.

This fan is a piece of crap. Don't waste your money.
