Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the delay with your delivery. I’d like to confirm what happened and how we addressed it together.

Your original parcel was held up at Italian customs, and despite our tracking updates, it unfortunately did not move for several days. To make this right, we immediately arranged for a replacement shipment via DHL Express at no extra cost, covered your customs payment in full once it was charged, and stayed in close contact until the new parcel was safely delivered.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay. While customs checks are unfortunately outside our control, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives as expected, and I’m glad we were able to resolve everything promptly in the end.

Thank you again for your understanding, Giovanni, and for allowing us the opportunity to put things right. It was a pleasure to help, and I’m really happy to know your order arrived safely.

Thank you for your patience throughout the delivery issues , and for giving us the opportunity to help resolve this together.

I’d like to confirm what we discussed: your parcel went through several failed delivery attempts before being redirected to a pickup point far from your address. We recognise how frustrating this was and completely understand your disappointment with how difficult it was to contact them directly. Although SEUR was responsible for local delivery, we made the decision to use them, and we take full responsibility for your experience.

Throughout this process, we stayed in daily contact, worked directly with DPD and SEUR on your behalf, and offered to cover the cost of a taxi to collect the parcel or issue a full refund if this was preferred. Once your package was received, we processed a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

We’re truly sorry for how difficult this was and are already testing an alternative courier service (Correos) to improve our deliveries in Spain going forward.

Thank you again, Marta, for your patience and understanding. I’m very glad to know everything was ultimately received and resolved to your satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us on the phone about your order and allowing us to help.

I would like to confirm what we discussed: while the shipping cost to Germany was displayed at checkout and throughout the website, we understand that it can be easily missed. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded most of your delivery charge, as we recognise this was an honest oversight and because your satisfaction is important to us.

As we explained, the current delivery rate is, unfortunately, the best option available until our European distribution centre is operational. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to be as transparent as possible about costs and delivery times on our website and checkout.

I’m really pleased to hear you were happy with how we handled this and that you recognised our customer service.

Parcels to Italy are taking longer due to slow processing at Italian customs. I am very sorry. This is the reason we estimate 7-14 business days at the checkout and delivery options page. I am very sorry if this was not clear.

Your parcel was posted one day after ordering and is still within the estimated time frame. It is currently awaiting customs processing.

We are doing our best to serve our Italian customers to the best of our ability, but we understand that the longer delivery times may not be convenient for all customers. In future, we are planning on opening more distribution centres to service you faster.

I apologise for the longer delivery times to Italy due to customs clearance.

We will monitor your parcel now and update as it progresses, but we only expect it to take a few more days. If there is anything else we can do or give you more reassurance, please reply to the email James has sent.
