Excellent product, quick shipment and outstanding customer service.
My order was delivered on time as promised. Unfortunately, the parcel was left by the courier on my garden wall and was exposed to direct sunlight for several hours. As I was concerned about the elevated temperature, I contacted vitalityPRO for advice.
The response was exceptionally fast, detailed, and backed by scientific evidence. The team took my concern seriously and provided a clear, professional explanation that reassured me the product quality had not been affected.
This is exactly what I expect from first-class customer service. Highly recommended!

My most recent order I decided to opt for the cheaper flat rate shipping as the cost for DHL expedited shipping has increased recently. There was a hold up at some point where my package didn't move for weeks. Just after I sent an email to Vitality Pro to inquire about a possible lost package it started moving again and arrived shortly after. Its possible that its not the norm for it to take so long to the US but if you need your supplements sooner rather than later then its probably more than worth to go for the expedited shipping. I am going to give the flat rate shipping another try on my next order to see if it happens again. If it does I will have no problem opting for the expedited shipping. The supplements and the service are top notch thus far.

In terms of service, super efficient supply, very accurate and just on time. Product of high quality and I am starting to catch up with this GlyNac thing. Not cheap but if you do want it better get it with Vitality Pro, purity and cleanness surely affect efficacy!

Country of manufacturing
Nowhere on the packaging is it confirmed where the product is actually manufactured. The packaging states ‘UK company’ and ‘manufactured to GMP standards’ - confirmed by who, we don’t know.
It would be better to be transparent with your customers and state where your products are manufactured. Factories outside the UK are not subject to UK regulations and quality standards.

Thank you for raising this. Transparency around where supplements come from is something we take very seriously, so I would like to clarify this for you.
The final manufacturing stages of our supplements, including encapsulation, bottling and labelling, are carried out in the UK at two manufacturing facilities, one in Oxford and another in the North of England. These facilities are GMP-certified, and if you contact us directly, we would be very happy to provide the relevant GMP certifications.
We deliberately do not simply state “Made in the UK” on our products because we feel that, without further explanation, this could actually be misleading.
While the final manufacturing takes place here, the raw ingredients used in supplements are sourced internationally. This is the reality for the vast majority of the UK supplement industry, as almost no supplement ingredients are actually produced in the UK. We therefore don't want a customer to read “Made in the UK” and believe that the ingredients themselves were manufactured or originated here when they were not.
We have taken specialist legal advice regarding our labelling and were advised that our current approach accurately describes this. We were also advised that where a “Made in the UK” claim could give a misleading impression about the origin of the ingredients, additional information about ingredient origin is required to appear on the packaging. This is something we rarely see within the supplement industry. These rules exist to ensure consumers are not misled about where a product and its ingredients come from.
We aim to be as transparent as possible about how and where our products are produced, including publishing independent testing for our products. We are preparing an email for our mailing list about the potentially misleading use of “Made in the UK” in the supplement industry, and why we have deliberately chosen not to use this wording without further context.

Quality products. Noticed they discontinued their omega 3 fish oils after testing found product degradation over time, so they're reformulating it before bringing it back. Will definitely try it when it's back. Huge respect for that.
