Resposta da Vitality Pro
Hi James,
Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave your review.
You’re absolutely right. Delivering the product you ordered, when you expect it, is the baseline service every customer should receive. That’s exactly what we aim to do each time someone orders from us.
We ask for reviews because many customers only leave feedback when something goes wrong. This helps us understand whether we're meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
In your case, we’re glad the order arrived smoothly and without issue. If there’s ever anything we could improve, we’d welcome feedback.
Thank you again for ordering with us.
I wish you a great day
James

Great probiotics! I used antibiotics due to an infection which really messed up my bowels and using the vitality-pro probiotics really helped within a week or so! Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of using probiotics.

Full transparency
I am currently living in the USA, and I purchased from vitality pro due to its full transparency in their products. Most companies will not give you the info you want when it’s requested. Vitality pro provided 100% of ingredients, they were up front about where their supplements are sourced from, and more importantly, they provided and have a copy of their third party testing results right on their website for the supplements I bought. Customer service was extremely helpful after I reached out with questions about their products. I have been really pleased with vitality pro from the beginning. Everything from customer service all the way down to the packaging of products. Thank you.
