My address was wrong the Young lady that I spoke with finally got it straight I received it by email instead of regular mail. After that everything was on point waiting on the return from the Health Department.

Tedious; but easiest way to do it online
If you live out of the state you are born with, 10/10 this is the way to go. Gotta pay for the packet and include a 22$ fee in the packet itself when you mail it - otherwise you’re screwed and have to wait even longer. Obtaining official documents is annoying and boring but must be done. A trip to your County’s Clerks office is definitely quicker though but not always an option

If you are living in the state where the person on record was born, you will definitely get faster service by going to the state office but you will have to physically go there and spend time in line. With any online vital records service your application will have to be mail to the corresponding health department and each health department has its own processing time and state fees. Our service fees are one of the cheapest and include a fully prepared application, pre-paid shipping label filled with the best location for your case and a detailed notice to make sure your application will be completed without errors. The document you sent back had no real explanation to why the additional is needed. i was also notified that i can get one at my local health department for a $25.00 fee. I would like to get a full refund since no research has been done yet.

These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them.
When they returned your request, they should have attached a document with the reasons why your request was returned. In many cases, it is due to a lack of a document.

My mail was sent back to me so you basically took my money without me ever recieving a replacement birth certificate. I want a refund on the money I spent because it was rediclous. You even covered the address so i couldn't attempt a reshipping if i could.
