Hi Jalen. We are sorry our service didn't reach your expectations. We do offer the best vital records document preparation service to get your vital records from the comfort of your home. If you are living in the state where the person on record was born, you will definitely get faster service by going to the state office but you will have to physically go there and spend time in line. With any online vital records service your application will have to be mail to the corresponding health department and each health department has its own processing time and state fees. Our service fees are one of the cheapest and include a fully prepared application, pre-paid shipping label filled with the best location for your case and a detailed notice to make sure your application will be completed without errors.

slow and confusing
Ordered birth certificate through vital records two weeks later all I got was an application for a birth certificate. Sent the application to health department and two weeks later I am still waiting for my birth certificate. Fast and convenient it is not. What a ripoff.

The vital records processed my payment from credit card dispute the call center telling me I didn't complete the paperwork correctly and I would have to resend. I thought it was going to take another three weeks or so. I am very happy I received the documents however the call center needs to be updated and learn customer service.

I payed $80 dollars y’all sent the information on the application wrong. I called to get it corrected and nothing was ever sent back. I then walked to the country set and walked out with me copy of what I needed in 30 min. I was ripped off by this company.
