My order was mishandled by the Post Office. They were very responsive and sent the replacement, right away. I will absolutely order from them, again

Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.

I ordered from vitamins for us after having a bad experience with another on-line store. The order went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of order, email confirmation when shipped with tracking that worked. Received promptly with no problems. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Do Not buy anything from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order...shame on me. I can't believe this company is still in business after reading the reviews and having my own experience on top of that. Below, you can read for yourself what happened to me. I gave them a second chance to honor their error, but they refused and said they would refund my money withing 24-48 hours. If I don't get the credit promised, I'll let my credit card company deal with it.

I am a first-time buyer from this company and had not read any negative reviews before going to this site to leave the feedback. I was surprised that there has been so much discontent.
My supplement (from Integrative therapeutics) was a bit delayed on its way, true, but right now it is Covid-19 time so I am not going to hold it against them.
The supplement is in perfect shape and I have already ordered some more of the same. I hope that everything I order would continue to be great. So far, I have nothing to complain about, and, therefore, give them 5 stars.

I purchased a Metagenics product from this company and it turned out to be rancid. I then discovered they are not an authorized retailer of Metagenics. They offered a partial refund if I returned the unopened product which I did. I never received a refund and they never responded to my emails. They have an F grade on the BBB site.

I am very happy with my purchase from Vitaminsforus. My order was processed quickly and they shipped for free with a tracking number and kept me in the loop of communication so I was aware of the status of my order. Everything went great! I am ready to order from them again and highly recommend. They have awesome prices that can't be beat!

I was happy to find the product I was looking for at a good price with this company.

I purchased Metagenics Estrovera supplements. Shipping was fast, however I immediately noticed that the bottle looked slightly different than Estrovera that I had purchased in the past from my doctor's office. When I unscrewed the lid, the tamper proof seal was partially pulled off. Also, the pills look yellow and have a funny smell. Definitely not taking these supplements. I emailed customer service requesting to return the product for a full refund. We will see if they respond. Fortunately, my credit card company is pretty good about filing complaints and I know they will be returning my money if vitaminsforus does not respond. Obviously selling counterfeit supplements. BEWARE!!!! BTW the brands they sell do not allow retailers to sell at a discount...should have known better.

I ordered from the site and have to admit didn't pay attention to reviews until afterwards. I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!

I never received one part of my order that I paid for. I received an email stating it was on back order. I responded to that email asking for a refund 30 days later. I've also left a VM to discuss this issue. I have not heard back from anyone. I just want my refund, which is close to $60. I'll NEVER order from here again, and I DO NOT recommend anyone order from them. It's a total risk if your items will show up and if you have any issues good luck getting them resolved. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to in order to leave a review.

Although I was disappointed to not receive the products in a timely manner, when I requested a full refund of my purchase, customer service did grant my refund. They also shipped part of my purchase at no charge, in compensation. Kudos. Customer service isn't dead after all.

I placed three orders on April 1st for my family, and received the order confirmation on the same day, but after that I've never heard from them. The tracking number on the confirmation order showed it was to be delivered today, but after reading all the negative reviews including that vitamins are not coming from the original manufacture, I decline to accept my order. We'll see how long it will take to receive my refund. I will update this review when I receive the refund.

If you are the company owner reading this, please improve your business and get accrediated by BBB and have a customer service phone number posted on your website. I finally found a number 800-681-7099, and had to leave a message at past 10:30am EST!!! It's during business hour, PICK UP THE PHONE!!!

This does not look good for your business, and people do read reviews. How you handle your customers will reflict on your business and it will make you successful or failure. Treat your customers the way you want to be treated!!! Thank you.

Like many others who posted on this site, I received my item after many weeks. I started taking the supplement (Metagenics SPM), but noticed there's a very distinct lemon scent to the pills, unlike when I bought them directly from the manufacturer. Given the very long wait time to receive this product, the unusual scent that was not present in the authentic product, and the high price of this supplement, I believe they point to an overseas company trying to copy high-price supplements, with no guarantee that the contents are even close to the original formula, and could even be dangerous. I stopped taking them and am going to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.

I have had a terrible experience..they were very late in shipping the product and they invited me to refuse it when it finally came, which I did. I have yet to receive a refund. It has been 3 months and as you notice, they have no phone number. I have sent several emails trying to get someone to help me with the refund and I have gotten absolutely no response. They should be shut down and indicted for theft!

Bought some Metagenics from vitaminsforus.com and they took a long time to ship. They sent me the tracking # and every time I had it traced, it shows that it isn't even in the postal system yet. They finally shipped it after I called to inquire. When it arrived, the bottom of the bottle was broken. They do not have a phone number for obvious reason. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed 4 times asking to get a replacement for the bottle but not 1 single reply!! Lost my $130. Never buy from vitaminsforus.com. Should have followed my instinct when I saw the P.O. Box address with no phone number plus the tracking # they provided kept on telling me that it is not even in the shipping system. Rip off!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
