My Trizepatide was shipped Friday and…
My Trizepatide was shipped Friday and did not arrive (hurricane) until Tuesday at 8 pm. No one has contacted me to say if a replacement is being shipped. It was affected by the storm, so please send a replacement shipment. I want to take a dose Friday 16 Oct in the evening.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE
Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I reported my package not being delivered. They became combative and rude: "We don't need customers like you that love to point fingers and complain. Hope you find a better provider."
When all I did was report that the package was not delivered and reached out for assistance. I did not point fingers, I was trying to get to a point of resolution.
DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered the Trizepatide injection and received it in Friday 10/09. I did it that day and it made me deathly ill. I would like a refund as I won’t be doing these injections!

I canceled with another provider because their communication was absen, both from medical and support. I contacted support teams at numerous other providers but only Emily from, vitastatak responded. I had several questions which she answered quickly and accurately. She is the reason that I proceeded. I did see some mixed reviews and would have continued my research, but Emily convinced me by her excellent communication skills. My product has arrived but I have not yet started so I cannot vouch for the efficacy of the medication. That will be reserved for another day. Thank you Emily. You deserve a raise!
