Resposta da VITHIT
Hi there, great to hear that you're enjoying VITHIT!
Need to support loyal customers
I love this product and have been ordering the 3 boxes of 30 sachets for the past 2 years but when I order the package it’s not always available at the discount
Last time I had to email a number of times to get a code to use
For a customer who continues to purchase the product there is very little regard for loyalty
I should be offered the 10% discount without having to beg
It’s a pity that there is not more concern about their customers

Hi Geraldine,
Thank you for being a loyal customer for the past two years. We do offer a subscription service, in which you can avail of a 15% discount on every order. If this is something of interest to you, we would be happy to assist in setting this up.

Hi Peter,
We apologise for the disappointing experience. We've had some recent email domain issues which seem to have contributed to the lack of timely responses up until now. Thankfully, these email issues have been rectified which is why we were able to respond swiftly this afternoon.
We try to reply as quickly as possible to any concerns raised by our customers and our disheartened by this episode which we hope will not be repeated. - VITHIT

Hi Teagan, we are delighted to hear that you are enjoying our Perform and Lean & Green :)
Placed order and money taken but not received the goods
I placed an order with this company on 6 Jan. So far I have the receipt as it shows on my Shop app but received no communication from the company. I have contacted them to investigate but seems a bit worrying they took the money and done nothing. I have bought from them in the past but it was some months ago. I hope they are still operating or haven’t gone out of business or just taken the payment.

Dear RM2017,
We apologise for the sub-standard service. We first heard of the issue when you contacted us last Thursday, and subsequently posted a review on the same day. We investigated the issue and confirmed that your order went to our distribution partner as normal but they misplaced the products in question. We followed up with our distributor who confirmed that the drinks were delivered the following day.
We hope the delay does not affect your enjoyment of our drinks.
Brilliant product and quick delivery 😊
