Placed an order 3 months ago, no reply for enquiry and never seen a product!!!! Absolutely a scam!!!!

Placed an order August 20, 2025 and, as of Sept. 20,2025 there has been nothing shown from this company that anything has been shipped and no response from 2 emails sent to this company. This is in regard to a watch being sold by Pietro Vannetti.

I am absolutely furious with this company and their TERRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased clothes from them, and THE QUALITY IS SHOCKINGLY BAD. The fabric is cheap, the stitching is coming apart, and overall, the items feel like they’ll fall apart after one wash.

To make matters worse, I was promised a refund after I reached out about the poor quality of the items, but it's been weeks, and I still haven't received anything. They are ignoring my emails, and I've gotten no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. It feels like I’ve been scammed.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Terrible quality, awful customer service, and they don’t even follow through on their promises. I will never be shopping here again, and I strongly recommend you STAY AWAY!!

Girls it’s a complete SCAM!!!! I ordered 2 dresses and they are cheap 5$ dresses from China

I ordered the popular Rosalind Maxi Dress and actually wasn't aware that this was a House of CB dupe.
However it looked great on Vittoria Vaneti's website and Instagram so I was still excited to receive this for my wedding week welcome dinner.

I've just received this today and I genuinely have NO words for how horrible the quality is - from the cheap and sheer fabric to the extremely poor fit. I'm actually in shock, I mean, I think Shein could do better. It's the worst thing I've ever put on my body.

Because it's a sales item, I'm not even given the refund option on their returns page. I'm speechless. Do NOT shop from this site.

Absolute garbage!!!! AVOID!!! You’re better off just chucking your $$ in the bin. Super cheap looking, and not even sewn completely. I could have made it myself better, and I can’t build dresses. The corset isn’t even attached to the skirt in front. Also I’m 5’3. This “gown” is too short on me. It will be gifted to a friend who sews like a dream, and does drag. Perhaps my drag friend can chop it, fix it, cover it in crystals, and MAYBE he can salvage. SMH

Would give 0 stars if possible! Complete scam. I genuinely couldn’t work out whether to laugh or cry when I received the dress. They won’t pay for returns and costs of shipping and customs more than the dress. When something looks too good to be true it usually is - their whole website is fake and fake reviews. How do they get away with this?!

Scam! Do not purchase! Falsely advertise. Products received were such poor quality. Not wearable, made in horrible fabrics.

SCAM !!!!!!! company like many others i expect on instagram shoes took over 4 weeks to arrive when I received they are not suede came from china in a plastic bag with Chinese writing on cost £49 not work £10 could have got off SHEIN for less emailed several times and no response

Awful. Sent items back and requested a refund as shoes were too small and they don't offer a larger size. After numerous attempts at getting in contact these last 3 months, no word from them at all. Their "info@" email no longer works. 3 months later I've given up. Should have done research before purchasing. Stay away.

I regret not checking the reviews before I hit “purchase”. A complete scam, stay away.

Purchased on 3 April.

Took 3 weeks to arrive.

Quality is so bad it’s almost funny. Website is completely falsified - including fake customer feedback.

Unsurprisingly return policy is not being followed through, making it almost impossible (the current offer - which they haven’t closed is that I pay them to return shipping to CHINA - I’m half tempted to travel to Portugal to prove it doesn’t exist)

Attempting to reclaim through bank. Have reported to Which as a scam and also the site they use for customer reviews

Scam - poor quality, took a month to get it and struggling to return.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE:
The product is not as described on the website. ‘Supple suede with premium rubber sole’ it’s neither of those it stinks of synthetic plastic material and the side stitching is all over the place. This is made out to be premium suede loafers but really they are cheap plastic plimsoles made in China that took three weeks to get delivered because they were being shipped directly from a factory in China.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on 17.4 via instagram ad.

One week on from this, still not dispatched.

Emailed and messaged on insta and told they’d be posted the next day. They wasn’t.

After this I requested a refund. I quote ‘I demand a refund.  Please arrange and confirm’.

There long winded response in readers digest was ‘sorry. High demand. We’re doing everything we can to expedite’. So essentially they’ve refused my refund request.

Post refund request, I’ve now received shipping tracking from CHINA, even though the website suggests they have a mystery non existent ‘flagship store’ in Portugal.

Avoid these scammers. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

If you’re still in doubt. When I placed comments on their insta photos re my concerns, they deleted them and never responded. Not even privately. Odd behaviour, if they’re genuinely reputable.

Do not buy from this brand! It is a scam, the products advertised are not what arrived. After four weeks of waiting for the delivery the quality is disgusting, unwearable and the website is fully misleading and false
